My family member was treated poorly. I would walk into a room with random pills on the floor, dirty diapers piled up, food on the floor and feces. Flies everywhere. Dirty sheets, and my mother would have on dirty clothes. Her new clothing would disappear too, along with pillows we bought her. The staff was terrible and rude to us. I showed a worker the pills I found, that cannot be missed, and she scolded me to throw them in the trash and walked away. They would hang up on our phone calls too. My mother would complain about another resident that would come in her room and hit her. Another time my mother's room was filthy a worker got very defensive, and said house keeping was just there. It was so uncomfortable to even ask for help at any time. The director even told my sister she was taking us off the call list when my sister wanted to know about my mothers health and was frustrated because she was getting hung up on. This was the absolute worst place I have ever seen. I'm so glad we got our family member out of that place.

It was nice, clean, and spacious. It didn't smell like old people. The person who assisted me was knowledgeable and nice. The dining area looked OK. What turned me off was that they didn't have private rooms.
