My mom is at Tendercare West. It is OK. They have very nice people. They are very accommodating and friendly. They answer questions to the best of their ability. They are also very caring. They have bingo and puzzles.

My father was a resident at the Tendercare West facility after a series of strokes. My mother was unable to keep him at home due to her working schedule and the lack of adequate help being able to stay in the home with him during her absence. I found the staff at Tendercare to be very kind, courteous and caring. They appeared to be knowledgable of my fathers medical condition, as well as him needs. They were also very helpful as far as training our family on the do's and donts as we were attempting to implement a plan to take him home. The facilty was up to date, clean and well staffed. My father is quite the picky eater and was thouroghly satisfied with the meals that were served. I was pleased with the fact that they also provided several activities for the residents and their families. Overall all I was genuinely pleased with the level of care provided at the facility.
