Grandhaven Manor II is great. My apartment is clean, the staff is great and the food is good. We play cards and Bingo, we go to the movies, we get together and chitchat, and we have birthday parties. I was very impressed even with my first visit.

Grandhaven Manor was fine, but the tour lady was a bit rude. It was like a big rush job, and my biggest problem with them was they nickel and dime you. If you want us to walk your dog, it's $15 each time they take the dog out, same with housekeeping, food, except utilities. The physical appearance was fine, brand-new, nice, and clean. It felt homey, the parking was okay, and it had plenty of space.

Grandhaven Manor II is a very nice place with very nice facilities. The staff does a good job. They have something going on every day. My apartment is very nice. They have a courtyard and covered parking.
