The walkthrough at Mason Wright was very pleasant. The place was very inviting. It didn't feel like assisted living honestly. It just felt like very homey for them. When you first enter, there's a living room sort of where you wait. There's a fireplace. They took us into a room to kind of evaluate my mom. It was like a very casual setting. They sat us down and they assessed my mom there. And then they just gave us a tour of the place. And that was it. The staff was very professional, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Their approach was very nice. They had a space for them. My mom had dementia. So they had a unit for dementia there. And they had what they call a sensory room. When she was feeling agitated, she would go there. She was accepted into assisted living, so we thought that was very nice. The rooms were nice. The setup was good.

The facility is gorgeous, and the grounds are beautiful. Staff are friendly and respectful. Studio apartment is quite roomy and quiet. Open communication between the managers and residents.

My husband lived in Mason Wright. It was nice. They had either a one-bedroom apartment or a studio apartment. They just weren't that good with wearing masks. They kept outsiders out, but they didn't stop the residents from visiting one another. The PCA workers were not being tested. Other than that, it was a really nice place.

We chose Mason Wright for my mother, and she's set to move in there. We toured it in person, and it's beautiful, everything you could ever want. It's nice and pretty, sunny, and they've got a lot of activities.

I was looking for a place for my dad, though he hasn't decided yet. We had a great experience with this facility when we visited it way back then. The assistant there was the most helpful, most knowledgeable person we've encountered in assisting us. She provided us all the options and information we need. And they treated us well during the visit. We are also looking for place that is affordable, and this will be our first choice if my dad is ready to go.
