The service has been supportive and helpful in navigating and managing the time shifts and having consistency with the homecare for my mother at home. They offer homecare services. The homecare provider that's in the home also helps to run errands, does light housekeeping, also takes my mom to appointments and run groceries or errands. It's helpful to have someone who cannot only care for her in helping to make meals and helping to manage her mobility in the home, but also able to assist with errands outside of the house. We're on our 3rd month with them right now. The billing is pretty simplistic. They send it to me, I get the bills directly, and I pay the bills for my parents. I can either pay it online or I pay by check. It doesn't make a difference how. The only thing about scheduling is that they're having personal issues and they don't have enough people. That's the only thing. I guess all health care providers right now are having issues with having staff. It's an ongoing thing with a bunch of other agencies too that I've reached into. They don't always have people who want to be there to do people's homes. Their staff does some light cleaning, grocery shopping, and laundry.
