They arrive when convenient for them, They work for about the first half hour and then spends the rest of the day in the kitchen on the phone, Sometimes I have to scream her name several times before she comes, On her days off they always have an excuse not to send someone to replace her, And they have an attitude with my son when he calls to see if anyone's coming to replace her, Not including the missing money or diapers, bed pads, etc, etc.

Worst agency ever.. my dad was suppose have services all we got where excuses of why the aide had not showed.. could never speak to the person who ran the place so I stopped services and report it to Greater Springfield. Steer away from them.

Colony Care has gone out of their way to serve a member who is very difficult. They have worked to accommodate her needs and they have kept the lines of communication open to better serve this member.

We are so happy with the in home care my mother is receiving from the wonderful people at Colony Care. We interviewed several companies and are very pleased with our decision to work with Colony Care. They have been such a wonderful resource for our family. Warm, caring, compassionate and flexible with our ever increasing needs for my mother. Learning to care for someone with Alzheimer's in never easy and I know that they are there for us.

We have found the staff at Colony Care to be professional and very responsive to our needs. The staff and care givers are very reliable and dedicated to their clients and families. We are so pleased that they have been able to assist our family.

I had two agencies to choose from and I chose Colony Care at Home. I chose them becaue they were able to provide me with the two-hour interval that I wanted, since I just needed a couple of hours a week. I was surprised by how old their aides were but they had so much energy. The aide I had was older than me but she moved fast. She helped clean the house, took me on errands and to doctor's appointments.

I'm in Oregon and I hired a caregiver for my parents in Massachusetts. Colony Care worked really well and did everything I asked. My mother used their services for several months. I met the caregiver once when I was visiting, and she seemed very competent and caring. Just what I had hoped she would be. We had her come once a week for about three months. They were quite good about coming for that short period of time. And so my experience was quite positive.

Colony Care at Home staff members are dedicated to the services provided. Their willingness to meet with potential clients, at various times, is unbelievable. Personally, I expected that a client assessment would be performed during their normal work hours. I was relieved when I heard that a staff member is available to provide an assessment on a Saturday or Sunday. The ability to choose a day and time convenient to myself and family is very much appreciated.
