I didn't have any negatives at The Reserve at East Longmeadow. It's absolutely beautiful. It's lovely, new, and spacious. It has a lot of natural light everywhere. It's larger than the other place, so it has a lot of different seating options for the residents and their guests. There are more facilities and more activities. While I didn't dine there, I looked at the menus, and the menu options for the senior residents are wonderful. They have many options for all meals. And it looks like it's fine dining, so that was impressive.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was very nice. Everyone was friendly. I liked everything. Everything was nice. Everybody was good there. They were friendly, helpful, and caring. All looked nice and professional. They say they have bingo and music. Something's going on at all times. The staff all seemed very nice, and pleasant, and answered all my questions. It was very clean.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was absolutely beautiful, we toured both the memory care unit and the regular assisted living facility. There was a woman there by the name of Kayla who was very, very friendly. It was clean, it was vibrant, and it had a lot of lighting, it was very nice. The dining area looked nice, although I didn't try their food. When we walked through, they were doing bingo in the memory unit, and they also had all sorts of different functions going on at the same time in different parts of it. So I was very impressed by that.

I like everything about The Reserve at East Longmeadow. I can't say anything wrong about it. We didn't see and deal with the staff except for the woman that brought us around, and she was great. The amenities were average with just about everyone else we checked out. They have a salon, they have exercise facilities, and they have programs. I would say they're good. We haven't decided on it yet, but if we were, it's a good location. It's within half an hour from our house. It was very clean. The spots that we saw were very clean.

What I liked about The Reserve at East Longmeadow is that it's close to my friend's family, it's very clean and they have attentive staffing. I went to see assisted living and they also have memory care. I looked at the menu and the food they offer is comparable to any place else. My friend is a very fussy eater, so that's the only thing we are concerned about. She doesn't eat a whole lot of variety but they would cater to what she needed. I think the staff was kind, patient and they took their time and acknowledged her.

Reserve at East Longmeadow was very nice. I toured the whole building and was able to visit both the assisted living and memory care. The staff member went into what they do. The person said that all the people are interactive, and the staff works with the residents. They have their own little apartments. If you want a roommate, you can have that option. Each floor has its own set of activities to do. The first floor is more memory care, while the second floor is more assisted living. I really thought it was good. They can go outside too. On the third floor, they got two or three tables and a staff person was there with them. Some of them were on computers, which was very surprising for me. Some were doing stress ball therapy, and others were doing little paintings or drawings. The rooms were great. They were bigger than a regular room in a home. You can bring whatever you have or whatever you want. There's a small living room, bedroom, and a little kitchenette. They also have a little cafeteria-like setting on the first floor, where they serve food. The person who toured me was great. They were very friendly and very accommodating. I'm in a wheelchair, and they held the door for me. They were really good.

The Reserve at East Longmeadow was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful, bright, sunny, and clean. The common area was stunning and welcoming. It had exposed wood beams and a fireplace. I loved it. They had everything you could imagine. My mom loves bridge, and they had that and everything that she would be interested in.
