The Manor at Victoria Park is great. After looking at some 12 complexes, none of them compared to it in terms of what our needs were. Perfect setting, security is great -- The accommodations were super, just ideal in everything in terms of what we desired. We’re thoroughly satisfied with it. The cleanliness is superb, spotless, very well-kept all the time. There are no food services available in the complex. The staff is great. We’ve encountered a couple of administrative errors that have placed my mom in a unit that’s not designed for her, and we’re addressing that today, as we speak. Other than that, we’re satisfied.
