We picked Salisbury for the price. It’s not perfect, but it’s a nice place. At first, there was some staff we loved and some we hated, but now that they really have gotten to know her, she’s become friends with them. It’s really a lot better. They do a lot of activities, like bingo, arts and crafts, and tree decorating. They give her so much food that she can’t finish it.

Salisbury Rehab and Nursing was OK, clean, and had things for the residents to do. My husband was there for rehab, so he wasn't able to take part in the activities, but they have them. They also had people come in to entertain. The staff was nice and my husband liked the food. They served three meals a day. I thought it's over-priced like the others, but that's what you have to pay now so it's normal.

I was only in Salisbury Rehab for a couple of days. The staff was conscientious, but a little bit lower compared to where I was. They had a game room and facilities for getting together and singing, etc. The food was OK; I didn't have any complaints. The rooms were a little smaller, but the facility itself was clean.
