"We chose TerraBella Myrtle Beach for our grandparents. The staff is amazing and how they take care of their people there is awesome. It's a very loving community and that's something that they need, that's why I didn't look anywhere else. It's very clean. They take pride in everything that they do there. The food looked really good and I heard a lot of good compliments about it. They have a library, and a beauty salon and they also have a little room where you can get together and do activities. They do exercises twice a week, and they do activities and crafts as well. The only thing I would rate lower than a 5 for is just how much it costs. It's a little pricy, but it's worth it. Everything there was amazing. They're good quality people there."

"I toured Indigo at Carolina Forest and it was good, but it was out of my price range. Other than that, everything was fine. The staff was very professional, and the rooms were nice. I felt comfortable about the place, it was clean and nice."

"Portside at Grande Dunes was beautiful. It was very clean and all the amenities were nice. The apartment was also beautiful. Everything was brand new and spacious. Lauren was very helpful and very knowledgeable. There were plenty of activities. They take trips to the food store/Target/Walmart, they have happy hour three times a week, reading clubs, and movies. It's unbelievable. You can order off the menu and it looked like they had a whole lot of different selections."

"Garden Manor had small apartments. There was a library and a small place in the back where you could plant flowers. They served one nice big meal a day. If you wanted something for later in the evening, you could get a box of food to take with you. They would come and clean once a week. They went on trips for shopping in a van. It was just what I needed. The people were very nice, very friendly, and outgoing. "

"We toured the Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet. The two people who took us on the tour were good. They were okay, but they were rushed. We didn't see much at all. We did see one apartment, but everything about that was older. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's newer, but it didn't seem that way. We did not like it as much as the others. It was in a separate building. You go outside to that, and maybe there was nothing available inside the main building, but she'd told us beforehand that she just had a limited amount of time. So, we did not see as much as we saw at the other one. The atmosphere was okay. It was good. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't up to the quality and the atmosphere of others. The halls were narrow, whereas the others were wide and spacious."

"My husband and I toured Arbor Landing at Surfside for my mother and my step dad. We were very, very impressed. It was wonderful. We could not believe how nice it was. Everybody was very kind, very helpful, and very optimistic. They had lots of different accommodations. I really liked the fact that they could bring their own furniture to make it their own. It was also handicapped-accessible, which was wonderful. They take them to doctor visits. They have outings every week to different places. There is a beauty salon, a library, lots of games, and a theater. It was very nice. There were lots of stuff to do."
