Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet

We toured the Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet. The two people who took us on the tour were good. They were okay, but they were rushed. We didn't see much at all. We did see one apartment, but everything about that was older. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's newer, but it didn't seem that way. We did not like it as much as the others. It was in a separate building. You go outside to that, and maybe there was nothing available inside the main building, but she'd told us beforehand that she just had a limited amount of time. So, we did not see as much as we saw at the other one. The atmosphere was okay. It was good. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't up to the quality and the atmosphere of others. The halls were narrow, whereas the others were wide and spacious.

Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet was very nice. It's terrific. It's roomy, It's new and had bright windows. The layout of the rooms was spacious. The apartments had a nice flow, and the kind of movement from room to room was very nice. They're laid out very well. Mom is going to be in a single-story townhouse. All utilities would be included as part of the price except for a telephone. We would be responsible for that. They come in and clean once a month, So, there's some benefit there. They have a central building where they have a dining room. So, if you want to cook for yourself, you can, but if you don't want to, you can go eat in the dining room and they make breakfast, lunch, and dinner and everything. Everything was very affordable in terms of meals. The main building had multiple floors, but there were elevators. So, if you're having trouble moving around, you can take the elevator up to the upper floors. The townhouses were all single story and they were typically side by side. So two townhouses would be attached. The kitchens were big. The layout was nice. It's terrific. The square footage, including the garage, was 1700 square feet. So, they have a fair amount of room, but not too big.
