I toured Indigo at Carolina Forest. I didn't find anything that we liked the least. It had everything that we were looking for especially companionship for my friend. The staff was great. Everybody bent over backward to show us what we wanted to see, and they were very friendly. The facility was very clean and very well organized. It felt like a home. It was very welcoming. Their rooms were the best size and layout of the five places we looked. They have big rooms. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small dining area and that's all we need.

I went to see Indigo Carolina Forest. I didn't have a problem with anything there. Everything was clean. I had no problem with the staff. They all seemed to know what they were doing, and everything ran smoothly when we were there. I was looking at one-bedrooms only, that was the only thing I was looking at, and they had large closets.

Indigo at Carolina Forest was a very beautiful facility. I liked all the amenities they had. If I were considering going to a facility like this, I would probably go here. The facility is new. They have physical therapy, haircuts, and food. Everything was just very well done. They have an exercise room where you can get your nails done. They had all these great amenities on site. They had great social activities. They had events planned and free transportation to doctors' appointments. The staff member was fantastic, very personable, took a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions. She was a very nice person. I saw the menus, and the staff gave me a cookie. It was one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. You also get two free drinks every day too.

I toured Indigo at Carolina Forest. The community was beautiful. All the rooms were nice. The people that work there that I met were friendly and helpful. The place is gorgeous. They showed me all the places where activities go on, such as movies, arts and crafts rooms, and bingo and card-playing areas.

Everything was a five-star across the board at Indigo at Carolina Forest. The director for the tour showed us all the units and basically what everything was, the pricing, and so on. They have an entrance amount before you even pay your first month's rent and they were waiving that for October, which was about $3,000. The units were very nice. They were playing the piano at the time I was there.

We liked Indigo at Carolina Forest, but they didn't have skilled nursing there. We liked that it was smaller and it was very nice. They had a gym, a courtyard, and a game room. The staff was very helpful and very honest about the health of my father-in-law.

Indigo Carolina Forest was beautiful, but we needed something that had more nursing care. It was only a couple of years old, so it was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was very helpful, but they were not as involved as the people in the other places we visited.

My in-laws have moved into Indigo at Carolina Forest. It's very clean. The grass was well-kept. Everything was new. Their room is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The living room area is a little small, but the rest of it is a perfect size. So far, everybody has just been very friendly. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They go out of their way to help you with anything. They answer questions right away. If they don't know, they go find out and let you know. They have lots of activities. My in-laws could stay busy all day. They have water aerobics, bingo, movies, field trips, social hour, arts and crafts, and special events. They have a very good selection of food. There's always plenty. You can have seconds as much as you want. The staff is very friendly, and the food is very good.

Indigo at Carolina Forest was beautiful. It opened in October so everything's brand new. It's top-notch. Like I could go live there myself. That's how nice it was. The apartments were very nice. They're a little bigger. They're all new and they have every amenity in them. They looked like condos. There's tons of cabinet space with brand-new appliances and a washer and dryer in every unit. The lady that toured us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was willing to work with us, money-wise, and was very nice. They had an anytime menu where you can get burgers, hot dogs, and salads any time during the day if you miss lunch. There was a swimming pool and a media room. They usually had social stuff like going out to dinner every Friday and pool parties. They have tons of things to do.

Indigo at Carolina Forest was extremely nice, very pretty, very clean, bright, and modern. We really, really liked that. The only drawback for us there was that the washer and dryer in the apartment unit was stackable. My mother is very tiny, so she would not easily be able to reach the dryer on top. It was the only negative for us. The staff was very, very nice. We were very pleased with everything.

My mother is in independent living here. We are very happy with Indigo. Beautiful apartments, scheduled activities, nice pool and small exercise area. There is a card room, a craft room, a tv room and several small library type rooms scattered around. There is a bistro with happy hour before dinner. They do some trips to local productions and restaurants. There are a few kinks to be worked out as with any place that is so new. The food is above average but it not fine dining. There are always many choices which is a big plus. I think if they improved the food this place would be a solid A. The wait staff is excellent.

My husband will be staying at Indigo at Carolina Forest for respite. It's brand new, and they offered 2 hours periods for lunch, breakfast, and dinner. It wasn't a set time, which was really nice. They have lots of activities. My husband hasn't toured it yet, so they offered to have him come for a tour and invited us both for lunch at the time of the tour. We like them a little better, plus, it was cheaper as well. The staff were very friendly, and they answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable, and open to my schedule, on when I could do things. They have several different varieties and different choices of food. If there was something you didn't like, they also had other choices. They also have a guest room; if he would have to stay there for periods of time and family wants to come and visit, they can stay there for only $75 a night. They also would give them their meals, which was a nice plus.

I went to Indigo at Carolina Forest about two weeks ago. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. I got a chance to talk to people that were there while I was waiting and they loved it there. And so they had a lot of good things to say about it. I was impressed with the staff. They showed me one room. They only had one available to show me. And it was a one-bedroom and it was nice. At that time there were several activities that they were working on, and they're even improving and adding more activities. They have a pool. They have a place for exercising. There's resident parking, and there's a garden area, just to relax and sit in.

I toured Indigo at Carolina Forest and it was good, but it was out of my price range. Other than that, everything was fine. The staff was very professional, and the rooms were nice. I felt comfortable about the place, it was clean and nice.

We went to look at Indigo at Carolina Forest. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and answered all our questions. It's a brand-new facility, very inviting, and well laid out. The units are very nice. They had 14 standalone residences, and we think that's a better transition for us to go from a townhouse to one of the standalone units. They didn't have the dining room furniture yet, but it was a large room. They had a gym, a movie theater, a craft room, and a library.

We toured this community, looking for assisted living and/or memory care for our Mom. It’s brand new, we honestly went pass it several times (it’s a very white building with no character), no splash of color, looked like every other apartment complex in the area. Location was not the greatest with all the construction and busy highway behind it and the lack of fencing around a deep retention pond that has signs of don’t feed the wildlife. 🐊. We toured this community, like the outside, no real character inside the community. Definitely nice inside, they have a total of 6 seniors, 2x as much staff. The apartments are small for such a large price tag. There memory care is not open and depending on when the state gives them a license (might be 6 months to a year). This community is a plain Jane with no identity. There has to be better options out there than this community.
