"I am a current resident here at Conway Manor and came here for physical and occupational therapy following a terrible car accident. I was transported straight here from McLeod hospital in Florence. Yes. I am the youngest resident here but I love going to a STOCKED library and relaxing in my room with a book. All the staff has been phenomenal especially my physical therapist, they push me just the right was for therapy to work. I haven't joined in any, but I'm aware of a lot of activities, personally I enjoy my silent room for my recovery right now. I hear many of the residents that love the activities. I highly recommend Conway Manor for yourself or your loved ones "

"This is one of the better facilities that we reviewed before placing our dad there. I love the fact that they have cats and birds and your animals from home can always come and visit. there are always activities going on from bingo to ice cream socials, trips to Walmart, trips to the beach, they have cook out and so much for the residents this is a great facility. There are a few down side often on the later shifts there does not seem to be enough help, but they still try to make sure that everyone is covered. The nurses and the aids work together to make sue that the family member gets the best care that they can. I love the fact they are very open with allowing the residents to have family member come and use the facilities to have parties and family dinners. I would defiantly recommend. "

"Can't express how grateful I am for the staff at Compass for helping my mother rehab and come home. Our experience was amazing, and everyone listened to my mother's needs and took their time with her. Facility is clean and food was great."

"My mother has been at Grand Strand for 7 weeks now and we've been pleased. I haven't had any issues, it's very clean, they give them good meals, and she gets good care. I see the meals every day and the food is decent, it suits my mother fine. It's pretty high priced. They have church on Sundays, worship meetings, and entertainment. She has her own bedroom and her own private bath and TV."

"I was impressed with NHC HealthCare. It was right next to a golf course. I liked it there. I was impressed with the staff. They all were very professional and friendly. They seemed to care about the patients because it looked like everybody was okay. The dining room was nice and clean. The layout was very nice, and the rooms were nice. "

"Loris Rehab and Nursing Center is very clean and very neat. They have feeding therapy and my dad loves animals. The food is excellent and he will have a semiprivate room. However, there is a dividing wall between the rooms, and the bathroom is in the center between the two rooms. So they have their privacy, but they share a bathroom. They were willing to work with his benefits. They even worked with us to take care of my mother as far as her home care, they worked with us to get that taken care of. It's a little older, but it is clean and neat. The residents were clean, which makes a big difference. They were not the smells that you find in some nursing facilities, so that was a plus."
