"My friend moved into Veteran Village, and it's very good. The place is clean. The staff is good. The food is good. They are doing PT. My friend is happy there. The bathroom is almost the size of a room. The room is spacious. It has end tables, a closet, a large walk-in shower, and a bathroom with storage. The staff members were very nice and helpful."

"Mom is at Heritage Home of Florence for about three months now. This facility came highly recommended by friends of mine. I've been very happy with them. The staff were very good and they are taking good care of my mom. Mom is in a double room wherein she has a roommate. They are doing physical therapy and occupational therapy for her. They also have bingo and arts and crafts. Their food is probably the one thing that my mom complains about the most and we are still working on the right. The food is not bad but it's not always what she would like to be eating. I like the friendliness of the staff. I call them on the phone a lot to check and see how she is doing and then make sure she is up and dressed and they are always friendly on the phone and willing to go down and check on her if she is not answering her phone. "

"I have been in and out of this facility as a guest to some of the residents for many years. I know that this isn't a perfect facility, as there isn't one anywhere but the staff has worked diligently to get my loved one on track so that they would be able to return home. I have enjoyed random visits and have always found my loved one in a clean, well maintained environment. I would recommend Honorage as they have proven numerous times that the care for their residents are the number one priority. Thank You all for your dedication."

"My husband moved to The Manor. It was excellent. The staff has been very good. They've taken care of him and made sure that his needs are met. He's getting therapy there. They had different activities. They had a Mickey Mouse party the other day. They do crafts. They do have TV, and they're having a Christmas party for the residents and their families. The food looks very good. He eats it all."

"We visited The Florence Presbyterian Community but it was expensive. It's very nice, everything was beautiful. The facilities are beautiful and the activities were good, the cost was just too high. The rooms in the memory care were nice, they were gorgeous inside, and the landscaping was beautiful. They had a dining area where you could choose what you wanted. Their staff appeared to be OK."

"This is an older facility that was built into an even older hospital, which gives the center a safe, yet very sterile and slightly cold feeling. This is the best place for your loved ones if they need around the clock medical care, but if your loved ones aren't sick it's best to avoid Medford. The staff are usually friendly and helpful on the weekdays, but be warned that the weekend staff can be sketchy at times, and might leave some to wonder if their loved ones are being taken care of as well as they should be. "

"I currently have a family member at the facility. I have been to a number of facilities, and the staff and therepy team seem to really care. Ive noticed recently how the staff were vwry interactive during nursing home week. They celebrated the residents and that meant a lot to see. My family member really enjoyed himself, and this was the same person that didn't want to even go anywhere for therapy that he much needed. The soicial worker helped to get him settled qhile the head nurse made him also feel comfortable. No place is perfect but I like to give credit when its due, thank you allbfor all you do."

"I always love visiting this nursing center. The staff is very friendly as well as the residents. Many of the residents don't have family or someone to show them that they care, but whether we know the resident or not we always try to bring a smile on their face. The center is always clean and well organized, and it always carries a wonderful smell of food cooking. The residents actually have a home there, unlike a normal nursing home, the nursing home staff makes sure the residents know that each of them are special in their own way. Many of the residents can't walk around like others, because they are bed bound from being weak. Even though the situation is like that no one still gets more attention than the other. If I knew anyone that was considering to relocate to a nursing center, this would be my main nursing center to recommend. "

"Mullins Nursing Center had an excellent reputation, but they had no availability. My mother's sister was in there. The facility was very nice. I had to wait for a good while to see the proper person and that person actually ended up sending us back telling us that they couldn't see me that day because they had no availability. So I did not care for that."
