Southland healthcare is not a place you would want to send your love one! It takes a great deal of time for a nurse to come to the room, if at all! The entire time I visited my father, I didn't see a nurse enter his home once. One day I stayed for 4 hours and the only person came in was in food service to deliver his tray. I had to wash him and change padding on the bed. They left him in a urine diaper from the day before and just opened the window to keep down the smell. I had to help him brush his teeth...and all this was done once I got there in the evening!! My father also expressed that he has called when there alone and no one comes!! This place is horrible!! I would not recommend going there for your love ones!
