We like The Addison of Florence because it is laid out about the same as the other place. They were very friendly. The lady that showed us around was very helpful explaining different things. They have a courtyard that have plants and stuff for the people to look at, stuff instead of looking at the wall all day. They were just finishing lunch the day we were there, and so we didn't sample their food, but it looked really good. Their facility was really clean, too.

The Addison of Florence was very clean and well-kept. The amenities were great. Alicia, who assisted with the tour, was very professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. The staff communicated throughout the entire tour and greeted us. Everything was a plus with them. The structure was good. Everything was updated; the rooms, the flooring, the countertops, and the bathroom. The layout was good. My aunt loves to sit on her porch in her home, and they have a patio. Some rooms have access to their own patio.

Our church member is a resident of The Addison of Florence. The decor is very light and bright. There are lots of windows as far as bringing in a lot of natural light. The dining area looks very pleasant, always clean and neat, and the people there seem to be happy to be there. The staff seemed to call people by name, and I think they were received well by the residents.

I toured and it was very nice. They have three different types of rooms. They have a place outside where you can sit down for a little bit. They have a nice dining hall where we had lunch, and they had different meals and a nice kitchen. They also have all kinds of games to play. Activities are going on every day, and every week they have something planned. Sometimes they take you out for a nice picnic or some other activity. If you choose to go, you're welcome to go. You have your own room. If you need help, you have trouble getting dressed, or with anything else, somebody will help you. There's housekeeping around the clock to keep everything nice. It's a place that you would love to go to.
