"The rooms are very nice and plenty spacious. This facility is really clean. Very Nicely decorated. It is a beautiful place! They have a lot of activities and amenities. All activities are displayed on a calendar for all residents as well as displayed in the lobby area. The dining area is very nice and the menu is always good! The staff is wonderful...always attentive to the residents. My mother stays there and she needs a little extra help. I am very appreciative of all the attention and help given to my mom by all the care providers and employees. My mom was at another facility that was nothing near to as nice and clean as ICR... My mom loves Tonja and Kelly - 2 of the CNA/Med Techs who work there.- my mom lights up like a Christmas Tree when they care for her! Thank you ICR my mom is in good hands! I highly recommend! "

"My wife is now at Reflections at Carolina Forest. It is only four miles away from me. They're good. They're great. I like the manager mostly over there. The rooms are private. They are nice. The staff is good too. Regarding food and dining room, they're pretty good, but they are not anything exceptional. "

"Today we had the pleasure of visiting my mother during the COvid 19 new visitation schedule. It was the perfect set up to socially distance while getting to visit with my mother after several months if lock down. I cannot say enough good things about the way BW has handled this pandemic. They have kept the residents safe, well fed and entertained way beyond anyone's expectations. They have also been excellent with communication through out this medical crisis. "

"I can truly say that I absolutely love everyone at the Myrtle Beach Manor ! They are very thoughtful and caring staff. They without a doubt saved my fathers life. When all others said he would not survive they never gave up. My father went through his 3rd cancer surgery. He was taken to a rehab/nursing home in Maryland. The conditions were absolutely horrible. Worse then most jails in the country. My father developed Grandma seizures, diabetes, COPD, pneumonia,was on a peg feeding tube. I was ask by two doctors at that facility if I wanted them to pull the plug. I knew right then and there I had to take him some where that people really cared. That place without a doubt was Myrtle Beach Manor. My father started showing improvements within a just a few days. Within a little more than a month after the loving care that he received from the entire staff (John, Kimberly, Tina, Patricia, Rachel, Donna, Christine, Cathy just to name a few) he no longer has seizures, does not use any oxygen, diabetes is non existing, he is completely off the feeding tube, is eating REAL FOOD and is walking on his own.. It is if nothing ever happened. I know that it is because of the love and professional training that everyone there gave to my father, I am forever thankful to everyone in that entire staff. "We are choosing Inlet Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care for my sister. The place was clean. The staff was very nice, caring, and very professional. The apartments were spacious and clean, and the residents were very nice. The price was also convenient. We toured the place twice, and each time we went there they had some kind of gathering for the residents and family members. One was Veterans Day, and then the other one was just a meet and greet with the families."

"We're on a waiting list at St. Gabriel of Murrells Inlet. I visited both assisted living and memory care. The thing that I liked about it is that they're gonna let my mother stay in assisted living for the day, but at nighttime, she'll sleep with the memory care and that's what I liked. Everybody was very friendly and they seemed to be attentive to the residents. It was very nice and clean. They had quite a lot of things that she was interested in. It's only 10 miles away from me, and it would be near restaurants and not too far from a hospital."

"I loved River Park Senior Living. It would have been perfect for my sister, but they chose to keep her up in Connecticut. It was clean, new, and nice. The people were wonderful. I really liked it there. They were very, very kind, and very helpful. The place was gorgeous. It's was a very, very good experience. They have a lot of activities for the seniors to participate in. They have a salon, and they have nursing staff that comes in. The outdoor was beautiful. They had places to sit, they had patios, and they had outdoor firepits. It's just really pretty and very welcoming. There is one thing that I would say about all senior living that I've seen or heard of. They don't seem to have any Christian activities where they would go in like on Sundays. They don't have any pastors that come in that would give a sermon or talk or play music for them. There are no Christian activities outside brought into these communities that I have seen. I don't know if they have them and I just didn't ask the right questions, but most of the senior places don't offer any of that kind of thing, and I think that's a huge need."

"We liked the facilities at The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach and we liked the price. They had a variety of rooms. There was one bedroom, a studio deluxe, and a studio. The monthly fee included 3 meals a day, housekeeping, activities, transportation to medical appointments, weekly linen and personal laundry, 24-hour call nurse available, physical therapy, and all utilities were included except the telephone. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very nice. They had a courtyard, but no pool."

"Lakes of Litchfield was a very nice community. It was not huge. Everything was very nicely maintained. We were looking at independent living at this point, but the facility had assisted living and skilled nursing. That was one other reason why we looked at it. The model apartments that we saw were very lovely. They were nicely decorated, very freshly painted and very nice. It certainly made a very good impression. We had lunch with the sales man and the young lady from the sales department. They had a very nice dining room. It was bright. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good. "
