Denise, thank you for touring Myrtle Beach Manor and for sharing your thoughts with us. Our assisted living services support seniors who can no longer live on their own safely yet also do not require complex, round-the-clock medical care. We find that for some people it may take a few visits to fully develop a feel for a community - including the variety of services we provide. As such we encourage you to visit with us again, have lunch in our beautiful dining room and talk to some of our wonderful residents about life at Myrtle Beach Manor's Assisted Living neighborhood.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Myrtle Beach Manor, we appreciate your feedback. We are celebrating our 45th Anniversary in June! Myrtle Beach Manor is the oldest Senior Living Community on the Grand Strand. We have been voted “Best of the Beach” five years running for either Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living. We offer five different size rooms in Assisted Living from companion suites to large one bedroom apartments, three of which will easily house a queen size bed. Unfortunately during your tour we did not have any of the large rooms available but we are happy to add potential Residents to our waiting list. We offer 4 levels of care along with medication management. As a Continuous Care Retirement Community we have Assisted Living Memory Care community; Assisted Living; Skilled Nursing and a Rehabilitation Center. We assess all new Residents to see if they would benefit from receiving therapy services to increase strength and improve their overall conditioning while still being able to reside in their Assisted Living apartments. Our goal is to meet the individual needs of all our Residents. We tailor our care plans to do just that.

Thank you very much for recognizing the outstanding job our Rehab To Home Team does! We work very hard to get our Guests back home as quickly as possible. In some instances we recommend additional time in our Assisted Living for a Respite stay and to continue receiving therapy under a Guests Medicare Part B benefits. Our Assisted Living currently only has two vacancies; both are the smallest units we have, companion suites. At that time we could not share with you the opportunity to see the other 4 style suites we have, each of which are bigger than the companion suite you saw. We feature a small private suite with large walk in closet; a small suite with a kitchenette; a larger 1 room suite with a kitchenette; a one bedroom suite with a galley kitchen, living room and bedroom. We just built a new Dining Room in Assisted Living that overlooks our pond. In addition we replaced all of the furniture in our common areas to better meet the needs of our Residents. All of our suite kitchenettes have recently been remodeled. We are currently remodeling all of the bathrooms in each suite. We would love to have you stop in for a meal in our new Dining Room and see all of the upgrades we have made!
