I have a friend who lives in Bradford Place. I was very impressed with that. My friend set it up so that I could have lunch there, and the lunch was very nice. It wasn't over the top or fancy, it was just good home cooking. And I think home is the best word to describe the place. They have a lovely living room setting where you can take your guests. My friend has a one-bedroom unit. The one bedroom is separate, and it is not shoved into the living room like that. They have housekeeping services, and she takes that. I was very impressed with the staff. She asked if they would carry something back to her room because she has a mobility issue, and they did that quite willingly. They clean her room for her. Everything was positive about that place. My friend said they do a lot of activities. They had game night and fresh popcorn in there. There's a very nice feel to the place.

The rooms were clean and a nice size for a single person. Though small my mom would be able to bring some of her own furnishings. Tour of the different living quarters for dementia, independent and senior patients were comfortable. Multi rooms for different areas that would be great for various activities. (crafts, games, tv view, sitting). There was a outside garden where what was grown would be used by the dietary staff. Would definitely be top choice if I were to have to put my mom in a facility.

Bradford Place was clean. There were no odors. It seemed like a pleasant environment. And I saw plenty of staff moving about, working and helping the residents. The food looked nice, and it smelled acceptable. It was a more modest building versus a larger, more expensive facility, and their prices were very affordable. It looked well-kept. It was a pleasant place.

Bradford Place looked nice. They have memory care. They have an opening and it's close to my house. The least I like is that it's private pay and that's the only thing they take. I only saw one room and it seemed nice. The facility seemed pretty well-kept. We have spoken to two people who said they were happy there.

I visited Bradford Place, and I didn't care for it at all. I know they're locked everywhere that you go, but they're locked in a little area. Their dining room is their craft area and their gathering spot. They have a tiny living room and one tiny courtyard. They have three meals a day. The tour guide was good, but the place itself, I'd rate it a two. That staff was very personable, showed me all there was to see, and told me what you had to provide, which was your furniture and your paper products in there. They have a little beauty shop.

My in-laws moved into Bradford Place. I think it was excellent. It's clean. They're very friendly. The director is very knowledgeable. They don't have a nurse on staff 24/7, but there is a nurse practitioner that comes in weekly. They do have the pull cords. There are several aides available 24 hours a day. There are three meals a day that comes with it. They have no complaints about the food. Every time that I've stopped in, I've seen them cleaning and straightening it up. It smells clean, and very well taken care of. They have a one-bedroom apartment, so it has a kitchenette, a large bathroom that is wheelchair accessible, with a walk-in shower. They do memory therapy, occupational therapy, and so forth. I chose it for the location, it was a plus because once I went in there, it was clean, and they were accommodating. It's a small community, which I like. So it's not a huge location. It seems more family-oriented as you go within.

I thought Bradford Place was very clean. There were no odors. The staff seemed very professional and very caring. That's basically what I liked about it. It's a little dated and that's something I would say would be the negative, but the décor there is beautiful. They haven't really done any work for me yet, but just based on their professionalism and their friendliness, everybody was courteous. Everything was nice, clean, and orderly.

I found Bradford Place for my mother. She will be moving in next month. I was most impressed by the staff, they all seemed to enjoy their jobs and they seemed very caring to the patients. I like the layout. It's not a huge facility, so she won't get lost in the shuffle. The rooms are a good size. I just had an overall good feeling. I've been there a few times, and I just really felt that she would like it there. I took her there, it was St. Patrick's Day, and they had a guy there that came in specifically to play music for them. She just really enjoyed that, and so did the other members, and they had cookies that the residents had decorated and had green lemonade. They just really enjoyed it. This guy comes quite frequently. They have bingo on Thursday afternoon, so I'm going to go up there with her and have lunch and play bingo with her and see how she does with that.

I liked that Bradford Place seemed to have a smaller, more cozy atmosphere. I think they would get a lot of one-on-one care in the memory care. The director had been to other places, and she said that she liked the fact it was not a big corporation. It's just owned by a man (who I think has several facilities). She said it's very easy to get hold of someone if you have any problems. She said the nursing was there during the day and just lives very close. So, if there was ever a problem, she would be there immediately during off hours. The director was very welcoming, very willing to answer our questions, and really gave us a pretty good picture of what it would be like for mom to be there. She showed us more than one room. One faced the front. She even thought my mom might like it because she could see a lot of activity from there. Then she showed us another one that faced a different direction. It was very nice.

I went to Bradford Place for my sister. It was very nice, well kept, and the outside appearance was pretty. The staff seemed pretty nice. She did a great job, she helped me more than I expected. Even if we weren't going to stay there, she gave me ideas on what I should look for, and I just feel like she went above and beyond what she needed to do. They have some craft things that go on like once a month, or they get to go shop like a little store kind of thing. I thought it was pretty cool. I think that was something that my sister would have enjoyed a great deal. The rooms were nice. They were a lot nicer than what I expected. They were spacious. They had a living room and a bedroom.

We're interested in Bradford Place for my brother. It's a very nice place, and it's nearby where we can check on him, and it has availability. It's also quiet. We like the fact that it's off the street, and even if something happened and he'd wander outside the area, outside of the alarms, they won't go very far. It's a beautiful and clean place, it's a peaceful place, and the people are very pleasant. The staff took us to the whole tour very nicely and answered all our questions. Their rooms are honestly very beautiful. They had studio apartments that are very nice and clean. We wanted to get the assisted living room with the little living room area. It's convenient, and the person can just sit, relax and enjoy whatever the rest of their lives that they can. They have an exercise or gym room, they took us to every room, and they have activities going on. They take them out and you can also come and take them out on tours. They have a patio area where they can sit and they have a lot of things. It's very neat, it is small, but it's fenced in for their safety. They seem to have captured all the safety issues, indoor and outdoor. I like that they can come out of their room and go to the kitchen, and they showed us the menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have to come out and eat in the dining room.

I think Bradford Place was the one I really did not like. I would never send any of my family there. There were a couple of things that surprised me about it. One was that all the other places had somebody to greet me, meet me, and talk to me separately. Bradford Place only had a person who seemed to be just a caretaker, and there wasn't a lot of higher level organization. I just had a bad feeling about it that I just wanted to get out of it as quickly as possible. I didn't have an issue with its cleanliness. It was just more of the overall atmosphere and the quality of the rooms and the furniture. Everything just seemed very, very basic. The other thing was the lady that I talked to wasn't listening. I kept telling her that I needed to go over to the bathroom, and she kept saying, "Go stand over there." She wasn't even listening to me. They need a big improvement on how they interact, greet, and introduce people.

We are signing papers at Bradford Place. It's a newer facility. It's a very well put together building. They answered all of our questions effectively and efficiently. Overall, it just seems like it's a smaller community, and I like the more homey feel to it. I like them. The staff members are very friendly.

The rooms are pretty nice. They have a pretty good staff. They are there to assist you. Most of the residents love to play Bingo. It is a good time they play different kinds of games all in all it is a pretty nice place to live. And it does Not smell like a nursing home. A deacon comes every Tuesday for a Catholic Mass. I think that is pretty amazing. đź‘Ť

The rooms at Bradford Place were nice, but my friend needed more care than they could give. The dining area was nice. They had individual tables set up for little groups to sit in. The facility was well lit and looked comfortable.

My mom moved into Bradford Place. It's been almost two months, and she seems to love it there. They're very good with her. Her room is very clean, comfortable, and they come in very often. They play volleyball, Bingo, and different people come in and play the piano, guitar, or sing. They had a Halloween party with the daycare kids on Tuesday. They've got something going on every day. She loves the food. I think they're terribly expensive, but they're the cheapest of all, and they have the best facility.

Bradford Place was terrible. The rooms were very small and confined. The staff was OK, but the place smelled like a nursing home. It was a like a nursing home with having their own private rooms. I didn't see anybody walking. It was all people confined in wheelchairs. Also you have to press a code to get out of the building, but they said you do not have to give the residents the code, so they could not come and go as they pleased. They have a walk-through dining room. It was very small and not inviting.

Bradford Place was OK, but it wouldn’t be my choice. The rooms are fine but kind of drab. There weren't pictures on the walls, so it wasn't very inviting. They didn't have many activities. They had a game room, but that was only when they wanted to go in there. The dining area was very nice and inviting.

Bradford Place is good so far. The people are friendly, and the staff seems good; my father likes them. Rooms are small but good and adequate for him.
