"My dad moved into Willow Creek Rehab & Nursing. They are very helpful with completing the paperwork for Medicare. The staff is friendly. However, it doesn't seem like they have enough staff. They have a medical support team, so the rehab team is good. I noticed their dayroom where everybody was watching TV. They sit around and enjoy each other's company. The rooms are very plain, so you'll have to bring your own TV. There's only the bed and nightstand. There was no courtyard, and that's another thing that I wasn't completely happy with. Two abandoned buildings were sitting next to it."

"I can say that Dammert Geriatric Center is a top facility in the area, and it is purely private pay, so it is expensive. All the people who work there are happy. It is very clean, and the food is very good and very well prepared. They are very flexible with the patients. "

"My dad spent time at Cedar Ridge for rehabilitation after leaving the hospital. While I was not able to go inside, due to Covid, I still felt like I was a part of his care. The activities team was always willing to set up a GoogleDuo call with him, and/or do a window visit or an outdoor visit. Every single staff member that I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and totally concerned with his well being. Any questions or concerns I had they did everything possible to answer or assist with. The staff at Cedar Ridge honestly care about each and every resident at Cedar Ridge. That is something that is difficult to find. Even though Covid shut down the dining room, my dad was still very happy with the food. He said that it reminded him of home cooking, and that is a great compliment. While he spent 14 days in quarantine (they quarantine anyone entering to keep all staff and residents safe), once he was able to leave, he said that they had birds for the residents to watch, as well as planned activities to do. The head of nurses even paid for him to get his haircut, because he hadn't had a haircut since he was admitted to the hospital. And yet she told me that she didn't expect to be paid back for the haircut - she wanted to do it. That is someone going way above and beyond her duty as a nurse. I highly recommend Cedar Ridge, and am so grateful that my dad had the staff at Cedar Ridge to get him through a difficult time. "

"My husband is at Terrace on The Park. So far everything has been very good. People are very friendly and nice. The food is good. The only problem I have is that it is not in the town where I live, and it takes me 25 minutes to get there. It’s an old facility, but it seems to be good. They have a lot of activities, but he does not participate in most of them. They have bingo, entertainment every week, and ice cream socials in the afternoon. They seemed to be pretty good about their activities. I would really enjoy those for my husband if he can participate. "

"My father moved to the memory care unit in Lebanon Care Center from another nursing home. In the month that he has been there, my family has been very pleased with the care. While it's not the fanciest, best looking showplace that some other homes are, the staff and personal care that the residents receive have been exceptional. So many homes focus on providing the necessities and forget about treating the residents as individuals. We've been impressed with how they are attentative to the little things that makes life happier for my dad. They show genuine interest in their residents hobbies, mental outlook, and quality of life. Each month they host a family event where they residents can get together with their family and have a good time. July was a "Christmas in July" party honoring Veteran's. They served refreshments, had a wonderful sax player, and gave small treat bags to all the residents. The staff was smiling, happy, and went out of their way to engage the residents in moving to the music, dancing, etc. It was awesome to be able to share that with my dad. "

"My great grandmother was in an assisted living facility for several years and I visited her many times during that period. The staff was very courteous and attentive. They took the time to get to know each and every person in the facility and attempted to suit daily activities to each person's needs as well as their likes and dislikes in order to provide a more comfortable experience. The d̩cor in the facility was drab and dull. The walls were off white and the rest of the place was brown which lead to a very boring effect. I thought the facility and its members would benefit from having more color and livelihood, perhaps more plants. The amenities provided for each person was excellent. Members were able to receive cable television in their rooms, if they so desired. Also, the facility had weekly games/activities for people to participate in, if they could. Most importantly, all members were receiving the proper level of care and medication necessary for them. Overall, my impression of this facility was quite good. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, which lead to a pleasant experience for me and for the facility's members. "

Everyone from the front desk to the memory lane section were the best I have ever meet During my moms stay she was cared for personally by all of them. They took such good care of her I never worried about her The workers became very good friends to me and my sister. We still go back to visit them. The staff was helpful and respectful and made time for my aunt and the family in general. They have a lovely garden area to view out the window. This was my aunt's favorite feature. "
