My dad moved into Willow Creek Rehab & Nursing. They are very helpful with completing the paperwork for Medicare. The staff is friendly. However, it doesn't seem like they have enough staff. They have a medical support team, so the rehab team is good. I noticed their dayroom where everybody was watching TV. They sit around and enjoy each other's company. The rooms are very plain, so you'll have to bring your own TV. There's only the bed and nightstand. There was no courtyard, and that's another thing that I wasn't completely happy with. Two abandoned buildings were sitting next to it.

The staff at Willow Creek Rehab & Nursing Center knows what they're doing, but I would like to see more staff for each patient. The rooms are of average size. They have bingo and other activities, but I would like for them to have more respiratory therapists.
