This facility has changed to Mercy Rehab. We had a very good experience there. Definitely the cleanest facility in the area and we looked at several before placing our mother here. She got excellent care and was able to go back home after rehab. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mercy staff!

bunch of nurses would stand at the doorway when I was trying to have a private conversation with my relative. They would have a woman whom was an admission specialist walk around to the rooms daily with a Notary Public stamp and change residents POAs to reflect that they DNR and then file the paperwork to cover for themselves. They had SIVNA come in there a lot to try and get people to get on DHS list for Medicaid and Medicare even if they did not want it to gain control of their lives

My mom stayed at rosewood a few separate times. I found the food to be horrible, the daytime staff were mostly ok, the night staff mostly awful, and the whole setting to be depressing. The worst was when they dropped my mom and busted her head open. Because they had to send her away in an ambulance and she stayed in the hospital, they charged us a hefty fee for her bed being empty for 2 nights. Apparently when that happens, they don't get paid by Medicare so they billed us. BUT she was gone only because they used the wrong equipment while moving her!!!!! She recovered but I should've sued!

My family member received excellent care at Rosewood Care Center in Swansea. The nursing care was wonderful. The building was very clean. The food looked good. I will forever appreciate the compassionate care that my family member received.

The people were nice at Rosewood, but the smell was horrible and the furniture was ancient-looking. Their dining room and food was nice. They had the best activities I’ve seen. They even invited family members to do some activities with the residents.

Rosewood is a very nice, clean place that doesn't have an odor. It’s pretty big, has nice dining rooms and bedrooms, and fine food. The staff is wonderful. They have bingo, different games in the activity room, and trips. She’s happy there.
