My aunt stayed here after a terrible car accident because she was unable to care for herself. I thought this facility was very nice overall. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and respectful and made time for my aunt and the family in general. They have a lovely garden area to view out the window. This was my aunt's favorite feature.

I had the pleasure of volunteering at the senior home care agency for about six or seven months. I was impressed by what I saw. The staff was very attentive, upbeat, and friendly. There were some clients who had been abandoned or pushed aside by their families, and as a result, were very lonely. I liked and appreciated that the staff members were very receptive and responsive to this, as it showed that they genuinely cared about the clients. I also liked that the staff members were patient as well. There were some clients that were, oft times, very difficult to deal with, but I never once witnessed a staff member becomes angry or impatient with the clients. I think it is an understatement to say that the staff was very well trained. I also liked that their facilities were kept clean, neat, and organized. This, to me, is very important because it shows the organization's attentiveness to their environment, which then leads me to assume that the same attentiveness is applied to the clients themselves. Upon spending some time volunteering, I found that my assumptions were correct.
