have a family member in this nursing home. in 3 years' time I have dealt with 3 administrators and staff changes monthly. In a 6month period my relative has been thrown into her geri chair and dropped twice. The second time I called state on them. during state inspection found out the 2 aides that dropped relative lied about situation. Relative has been moved to different rooms several times. Now my issue is that we bought relative a laptop to use to keep in contact with family members. She is no longer able to connect to internet even though she was able to in past. When contacting administrator I am told she is connected, I tell them when she tries to get on facebook it will say not connected to internet. Was basically told I am just shit out of luck as this is the best they will do. Not happy but I don't have her POA so I can't move her. I would give them a negative 10 stars if possible

smelled like urine most residents have bedsores. Heather spent more time smoking then working. broken equipment food looked terrible

My parents are residents. I've found most of the staff very friendly and helpful. No nursing home is a perfect setting, but they provide good care.

My dad is at Elmwood. It's a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dad shares his room with another person.

stopped by to tour facility. The smell immediately made me cry. The rooms are very small. No way to personalize the room for your loved one. It's in humane to have people in such a small living space. I could not finish the tour it was hard to think about leaving my mom there.
