"My parents are currently at St Paul's Senior Community for rehab and I've been happy with them. The building is beautiful. I think they keep the facility very clean and I feel like I've seen genuine care for my parents. I've been happy with the amount of physical and occupational therapy they receive and with the level of communication that the staff has with us. My mother does not like the food but my dad is OK with it. I've seen a lot of the meals that are served, and a lot of them looked decent, some better than others. I think it's hard to make something really spectacular when you're cooking in large volume. They have a gym that they go to work out in, which my parents have told me is really nice. Their suite is very nice too. I wish there was a little more entertainment or activities to keep them occupied because I think boredom is a big issue. It's very expensive but I'm assuming that it's probably about the same as the others. In skilled nursing facilities, you very much get what you pay for, so I would rather pay a lot to have them well cared for."

"My mother is currently stauing at Rosewood. I am very impressed with this facility. First of all, it smells nice. Secondly they treat my mother like a person. They are very caring and considerate. If they are not doing something I think they should be doing, I just mention it and they take care of it. Everyone is very nice and respectable. I would recommend this facility to anyone. "Eden Village is very clean. The staff is exceptionally nice take good care of my dad. I feel my dad is in a really safe and secure environment. He has been there for two months now. Their rooms are like most of the other ones I visited and look like hospital rooms, but you can decorate them how you like and they're always clean. There is a bathroom in all of the rooms. Their dining set up is really nice. My dad may go lay down in his room, but they always make sure he gets up in a wheelchair and help him out to a special table. He doesn’t eat a whole lot, but he says the food tastes very good. They have a lot of activities there, which he sometimes participates in. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. They have taken such wonderful care of my father. I couldn’t be more blessed. "

"I visited Meridian Village. The people were very patient. The lady that showed us around was very nice, but when I sat down and looked at their price structure, I shut down. I didn't pay attention anymore. I didn't think it was as clean as the other place I visited. Nothing was dirty, but it just wasn’t as clean, like the carpet, that probably needs to be replaced. I mean, there were just little things like that. But being honest, I had to shut down because I knew I didn't like it. The price was way too expensive. The one thing that I did, when I was going through this, I looked at some of their apartments, and they were nice enough; nothing special, but they were nice enough. When we came back and they were going to go for a two-bedroom unit, I told my daughter, "I'm going to sit down because I was done." At that point, I knew I was not interested in this place. They went on, and my daughter likes this place, but they agree with me that they thought it was way out of price range. There was a meal going on while we were there. They did offer us to have a meal there, but we had already eaten lunch, and I was not interested. They have a lot of exercise equipment and that kind of thing, but I didn't see anybody doing that. There was another room where there were some people playing cards, but beyond that, I didn't really notice anything. But a lot of that is my fault because I'd already ruled it out. The only person I dealt with was the administrator there that took us on the tour, and she was very nice. I was not impressed with the facility. I think they need to look at their price structure, it's way too expensive."

"My dad moved to Liberty Village of Maryville, he's in their memory care unit. I have not been in except to sign papers but so far, we've been very pleased. It seems like he's coming around a little bit, he's starting to walk a little bit when he wouldn't even walk before. So far, so good. The staff is friendly and they're willing to work with my dad, get him what he needs and I've been very pleased. They had visitations, my brother was actually able to go in and visit, but they got a positive case and so they had to stop it for 2 weeks. They said they should start it after that. He's staying in a shared room. I didn't do a tour or anything because of the COVID so I'm not sure exactly what they have going on right now but I know that they get them out and move around. Before he was just sitting in his room doing nothing. I was only able to go as far as the office to sign papers but from what I could see, everything looked nice, clean, and well-kept. I had to wear a mask to come in, they're very cautious about this whole COVID thing."
