My husband is in Alhambra Care Center. The staff has been very nice. The food looks good. It isn't up-to-date like the other ones. It's kind of old. They've got him on all the medicines exactly like his other neurologists had him on. They have a dining area. Out in the front, they have an area that they can go outside. I thought the price was more than it should be.

My mother moved into a skilled care nursing facility at Alhambra Care Center on November 7th. It's a clean, established facility that's been there for a while. My mother is in a semi-private room. I think it's a very good value for what they have to offer. They have a very caring staff, and that's really the most important feature at this time for my mother. The staff physician is excellent and very caring to all of his residents. They have a lot of activities, but my mother is not in a position to participate as much as some of the others. They do medication and physical therapy, although she doesn't like physical therapy. She likes the food.
