They go through a couple administrators a year at this facility. It is dirty, but it normally doesn't smell. They dress them in the messiest clothes they have, even though I saw in the closet there were much better clothes. The people that attend them every day don't seem to notice when their patient isn't acting their normal stuff and basically is just hanging their head and not responding at all, when their normal personality is to talk and smile. I have never seen a gym. There are no amenities. The rooms aren't clean. I could go on and on.

Integrity Healthcare of Alton is clean and smells OK. I've just had a little trouble with some of the staff, only because my dad is very particular about what he eats and he doesn't like to tell people about that. I understand that they're busy, but I would like for them to say, "Are you going to eat this? Or should we bring you another one?" When I've gone in, they had a room where some people were watching TV and a gym that they can go in and exercise.
