Terrible customer service,. My sister had lived there 10 years. I called them (guardian) to my sister that she had a piece of mail sent there. They told me that they received it. Okay great! I explained that I was my sister's legal guardian. Or my sister would like to pick up her mail in person. This doesn't happen often. But for them to deny her mail pick-up. I call and they are so argumentative on the phone. I leave a message for L. Evans on her voice mail and she doesn't even respond back to you. What kind of customer service do they run. Terrible!!!! They act like I am doing something wrong. I am sick of there lousy attitude. They could have just let my sister have her mail. Instead they send it back to the post office. So it either gets lost in the mail or delayed a week. I cannot understand why they make this a big issue. You could have easily let my sister have her MAIL. You know she couldn't forward her address. No stars if it would let me, they have no respect for past clients that lived there. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

I came across Greenwood Care because of a family member. I have my regular apartment here. During mealtime, everybody sits down upstairs, gets a card, the staff call them up in line to get their meal and they sit back down. The food is good. But, they don't have a common dining room. The care staff is really good. There are some issues on some days but not really often. There are some issues with safety that they can improve on.
