I liked Anna's Private Homecare, it was beautiful, and the staff was very nice and friendly, when I walked in the door. The rooms were very nice and large, and it was very cozy looking. She had a kitchen, 2 or 3 dining areas, and a boxed-in patio. If not for the price, I would put my mom there.

Ana, our founder, has been operating personal care homes in Lawrenceville (just 30 miles north of downtown Atlanta, Georgia) since 2002.
