My mom moved into The Retreat at Canton. I love that the people are very attentive to my mom. Anything that she needs, they're right on it. They were very friendly and professional but personal also. I love the dining hall. It's so open and airy. They also have an outdoor covered part where they have swings and rocking chairs. So it's nice and relaxing for my mom. Even the front desk staff is so sweet and kind. The facility is always clean. My mom was starting to get acclimated to the activities. They also go on scenic outings, and my mom loves that. You get what you pay for. It was also in my mom's neighborhood where she was moving from, so it was easy for her friends to come and visit her.

The Retreat at Canton has been fantastic. The staff there is very attentive. Any time that we've requested for my mom to be checked on or put as a priority they have done exactly what we ask. This has been a very good experience so far. I have not eaten the food there, but I have been present when they have served and inquired for my mom several times. She eats very well there and says the food is very good. It's a beautiful place and she does all kinds of things there. She's in memory care but she spends most of her day in the assisted living part. She eats her meals there too. The movies, the games, and the painting activities are excellent.
