The staff at Georgian Lakeside's assisted living facility were lovely and very friendly. They helped me and made me feel very welcome during my tour. Their rooms are bigger and a little newer. Their dining area is also very nice. They are quite new and very pretty. You can see through the dining hall windows a lake, which is why it's called Lakeside. It's a man-made lake surrounded by trees. There are even doors that open to the outside, and there are umbrella tables there, so if you want to eat your meal outside on the deck overlooking the lake, you could do that. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's quite good. They have a salon, but I didn't see anybody working in it or anything. They had space for exercising, and a movie or a screening room. Most of the other facilities have those, but this is a bigger facility, so it's larger. You went through a door to access the other side, that's their memory care facility, rather than just going up to an elevator to go to another floor. That's how big it is.

I toured The Georgian Lakeside. I liked that it's friendly, and it's all kept up. What I didn't realize is that they have a rule that if two people can't get you up, then you can't stay there. I'm 300 pounds, and probably two people couldn't get me up unless they had bigger people. They have nice amenities. They have a balcony that overlooks the lake, which is a beautiful place to sit. They have game rooms. They have an area where you can entertain guests, set the tables, and have treats. I would say they could be the best, but there's one other thing that wouldn't work for me, and that is I still like to go to a restaurant to eat once in a while. The facility is on a road that speed limit is 55 miles an hour, it has four lanes, and there are no stoplights that you can enter the traffic with. So, I would feel unsafe driving a car out of a facility. Otherwise, it was a good facility, and the place was in good shape.

This place is terrible! Do not leave your loved one her. My family member was neglected. When we moved her out, her room was absolutely disgusting. There was a lack of communication probably because of all the turnover and new management.

I visited this community for an event they had recently and I have to say that I was blown away with how nice everyone was there. I will definitely recommend this community to anyone searching for a place in Roswell. The care staff were polite and dancing with some of the residents. The residents were enjoying the music and had big smiles on while watching the children dance. There is a beautiful lake in the back that gives a beautiful setting for the residents to enjoy during a nice day.

My parents will be moving in to The Georgian Lakeside. We chose a two-room suite for them. One room's a bedroom and the other is a living area. There's also a little kitchenette and a bathroom. The rooms are decently sized, and the bedroom has space for a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and two nightstands. The living room has space for a couch, coffee table, and a TV. What was nice was the rooms on the memory care side were basically the same side and had the same amenities as in the assisted living side, so it didn't look institutional. The assisted living side had a movie theater room, beauty parlor, a little spa area where you can get whirlpool spa treatments, a nice luxurious dining room, and a bistro area with coffee machines and pastries. They do field trips for the residents as well as games and social activities. It's an immersive type atmosphere. The staff was very professional, helpful, caring and very eager to help the residents when necessary. I was quite impressed with the place. It looked like they had very good food.

The Georgian lakeside was the best experience in assisted living we could have asked for. The lady's up front, Kate, Shantel, Ruth and Pam were so accommodating in every aspect and fulfilled my mothers needs. Now for the heros in the memory care unit known as the harbor. Too many to name and no fair because we don't want to leave anyone out - hands down, all angels sent from heaven and cared for my mother so dearly and have her the very best!
