I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care that my mother receives at Ponte Vedra Gardens. From the executive team to the nurses and CNA staff members everyone is just terrific. They have the unique and special gift to work in an environment with dementia patients and offer them love, support, kindness and excellent care. It is immaculately clean, they have activities structured throughout the day, good food made fresh and it is a small enough facility that your loved one receives great personal attention. If you have a family member with dementia or Alzheimer’s, I highly recommend a Ponte Vedra Gardens.

After visiting many other memory care places, we felt so comfortable and knew The Gardens was the perfect place for our sister! The environment is positive and supportive, and the communication with staff is top notch, especially during the current time with COVID-19. If you are looking for that perfect place for your loved one, we highly recommend you come tour the grounds, meet the energetic staff, and watch the happiness of the residents during their many activities during the day...plus, they have a great phone app to show you exactly what activities your loved one has participated in each day, and even pictures!

Arbor Terrace Ponte Vedra is the most wonderful and caring place. They are only for memory care. There are no locked doors and residents can move around from place to place. They have many activities keeping residents busy. They have many music programs that residents love! Staff is exceptional and shows genuine loving caring attitude toward residents. This is a wonderful caring and beautiful place and I am well pleased with my husband care there! Pat Ayers

Arbor Terrace was an excellent, impressive, top-notch place with all kinds of activities going on. It was new, clean, and staffed a lot of people per patient. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I gained more knowledge from the registered nurse there who helped me than I had from any doctor.
