Magnolia Pointe Apartments

Magnolia Pointe itself was nice. However, I thought the area was kind of dilapidated because most of the houses and buildings around were all boarded up, and the pool needed cleaning, though nobody would be using the pool this time of year. Everything else was nice and clean, and it was very cheap, but the area that we saw was quite depressing. The lady that I dealt with was very nice. She couldn't show us the apartments, but she showed us around the complex and everything. I wasn't able to get inside any of the apartments because she didn't have one at that moment to show me. There was a dining area where residents can gather together if they don't want to cook. They have all their cooking facilities in their own apartments, but supposing they don't want to cook, they can come down in the dining area and have meals there. She said they arrange activities to take them out like to the banks, the library, and stuff like that. They have senior citizens' activities and senior groups which are held certain times of the week, especially for those who can't drive. I would give it about three stars, and that's mainly because of the area and the pool. Everything else was nice and clean, and the person who I spoke to was really nice.
