Elm Tree Lodge was OK; it wasn’t really that great. The one thing that was good about it was that it was a small house, and it felt like he could get attention right away which was the best thing.

My aunt has been to Elm Tree Lodge. But she's really not happy being in the place, that's why we're looking for a new facility for her. She's been there not that long. She was placed there after having a knee surgery. She is also diabetic. She was twice neglected by the night staff. First time, she called constantly and when they finally answered she had a fever. The second time, she called and complained of blurry vision and just not feeling well. They did nothing. In the morning, a family member called to just say good morning and check on her. Her speech was very slurred and her sugar was at 200. She had to be taken to the hospital for treatment and tests.
