I toured Waterman Village for Mom. It was very nice. The one that is an expensive side, but they include a lot in their main payment. The person I met seemed very nice and they may care very much about their residents, but it's not in the condition that she would be willing to live. I just looked at the studio apartment. It has a small refrigerator. They had an outdoor area.
