My mom moved into Vitality Living Lake Forest. She loves it. She's met a lot of people and she's having fun. What attracted me the most was the fact that they had all the doctors that come in every week. The staff are awesome, too. I had lunch there the other day and my mom loves the food. It's great. They have movie nights, bingo, and all sorts of things.

My friend is in Vitality Living Lake Forest. She's in their memory care. What I like most is where her room is positioned. I like the fact that she is close by should she need any help. She's had some falls so that's one thing I really like. I also like the people that work there. I think they're very caring. What I don't like is it always seems like you have to make a follow-up to figure out things like how to hang pictures, and how to hang a TV, and it's been going on since the beginning of time that we were there. I noticed that the floors aren't being kept up, too. Every time I'm there and we move something, I always have to use my foot to sort of make a pile and then try to use two plastic or harp pieces of cardboard to throw the trash away. Another time I was there and there was a bug just having a good time there and she stepped on it. She said it's okay but that's not okay with me because I think we're paying a pretty penny. I also noticed that they do not have the events that are going on on the other floors. I kind of think that they should have the same events that happen downstairs. I don't know how they feel about putting memory care patients with the regular residents but I always look forward to seeing that. I want her to be involved in something so she's not thinking about all these issues she may or may not have right now. I'd like to see them do a lot more activities, maybe in the garden or other different things like that. I like her there but I just want her to be more busy because she's the one who usually stays behind. I want her to be more involved. The facility itself is having upgrades that keep coming up and I think that is fabulous. I'm noticing a huge change. I know that hair service is available there. She always wants to get her nails done and I see sometimes when I come in that they are done. I don't know if they're done by somebody in the salon or done by somebody who's maybe another peer of hers. The facility also has a very nice garden patio.

I went to Vitality Living Lake Forest. This is the place that I like and hope to get my dad into. It was very welcoming and I liked how open and airy it was. The people were nice and it seemed like there was a lot of activity going on. The sales associate was so amazing. She was so helpful and just very informative. She gave me a lot of questions to ask, so I knew what to ask when we went on other tours. The grounds were well-maintained. It's under renovation, but they seemed like they had such a great plan for how they were handling things. It was just very organized and well thought out. The dining area is a temporary location at the moment. The food seems like it was very well done. Everybody was eating when I went there. And the temporary location looked like it was working out very well.

I toured Vitality Living Lake Forest. I like that the rooms were a little larger where you can get a separate bedroom, a living room, and then a tiny dinette area. I like the programs they have and it's very close to me. I like the demographics of the people in there. My sister is 75, and they had people of all ranges of abilities and capabilities, in other words, people my sister can interact with. She's not there yet, but as far as first impressions, I was impressed. I did look at the menu, and the menu looked very good, but I have not tried the food yet. The only thing I can say about the facility is it's so close to 46, which is a major highway. I'd almost rather it be just back a little bit, at least off the road, but as far as inside the facilities, I felt that it was very comfortable and very well done.

We visited Vitality Living Lake Forest. I like the fact that it's close to my home. The facilities are kept well, the people are professional, and it has a nice atmosphere. What I wish was a little better was more room for the residents to walk. Remember these people have memory issues, but a lot of them are ambulatory. They can walk. So, that's the only thing I wish, but they do have walking programs. In my mother in law's case, she can walk for hours. But that's just our circumstance. I wish the garden was bigger. The staff was excellent. She was very pleasant and took a lot of time. It was very clean, and people were very friendly. The patients were needing of less care, meaning they seem like they do more for themselves. They were moving about freely. They were having conversations with us. The place smelled okay. You didn't see a lot of patients who needed full body care. They were getting pedicures, and it was fine. Their residents were walking, I didn't see too many of them that needed that type of assistance.

My wife will be moving into Vitality Living Lake Forest. It's a combination of retirement assisted living, and also has a separate section for memory care. It's outstanding, the design, the appearance, the architecture, the accouterments. It is a beautiful place. The staff during the tour was outstanding. She knew exactly what we were looking for after a short period of time and directed us to a two-bedroom apartment. The dining area is like a very large, well-appointed restaurant where you are seated and you have a menu in front of you even though there are only a couple of choices for each meal except breakfast, which is ala carte. Someone comes to your table and takes your order and then brings you your food. They have everything in the world, music, art, flower arrangement, you name it. The staff members are well suited for their jobs and they know their work, so they're excellent.

I went to Vitality Living Lake Forest. We're probably going to go with them. It is a total community. It looks like a resort. It provides everything that my husband could want. They have restaurants, sports rooms, a physical therapy room, and very nice studios and one-bedrooms. It's about 18 minutes from the house, so it's convenient regarding that. The facility itself lays out beautifully. They have about 125 residents, so I think it provides my husband ample stimulation and people he can interact with.

We have put a deposit down at Vitality Living Lake Forest. Assisted living level one is what they have for my mother. Everybody seemed very professional, warm, and welcoming. The property seemed clean and kept up. It was kind of elegant. They had chandeliers in the entranceway. They were very astute to me being there, and they're very efficient. I just thought it was very nice looking and very comfortable. I saw the menu and people were eating. I went by myself the first time on Sunday, and then I brought my mom back on Wednesday for the happy hour so she could see the activity. There was a deejay and she got to see the dining areas as well. There were several different dining areas. We got to see the menu, which looked good. We were told that if we miss a meal, we can come in between and that you can order something like a deli kind of item, and they'll bring that to you. I couldn't find anything that stood out as an issue that I would be uncomfortable with. I felt very comfortable having my mom go there. My mom is actually very excited about moving there. The staff members were all very positive. The tour guide, Nick, was very efficient in explaining what their facility offered. He was very efficient, showing me all the different details of the facility. He took me to all three floors and explained all the different activities and how the facility was laid out. I really was very impressed by it. It was the first place I looked at, and I felt really good about it. All the staff that we saw were cheery, upbeat, and welcoming. Everybody was very, very positive. They were celebrating a birthday for the month, and my mom had some cakes, which she liked. My mom loved Vitality Living Lake Forest. She is excited about going there. We talked to some of the residents, and they talked about how long they've been there and how they like it. They have facilities like everything you can think of. They have resident ambassadors, which none of the other places had. Those people help the new residents get plugged into activities and go to meals. It's just like they seem to go above and beyond and thought about the needs of the residents more than the other places.

Vitality Living Lake Forest was a beautiful facility. It was just the type of facility that I thought would overwhelm my mom and my aunt. It was very, very large. It meant that they would have to take elevators everywhere they went, and that was just way too much for them. The person who worked there was wonderful. The rooms were very nice. They did not have a 2-bedroom apartment available. We decided that it would be OK if they had rooms across the hall from each other, and they were very willing to accommodate that. There was a very small refrigerator and a microwave. In the assisted living part, there was no place for any cooking other than a microwave, which was for safety. The staff was knowledgeable about the facility. She understood what we were looking for and why we were looking for it. She really seemed to know people and her clients very well. I would certainly recommend it.

My husband and I visited Vitality Living Lake Forest together, and he said we would move in there. They have great common areas on every floor. There are gaming tables and chairs. They have separate areas for different activities instead of like one room for all activities. The staff who gave the tour was great. He was really good. He gave us a lot of information. We didn't find anything that was critical there. Everything was really good. The dining area is very inviting and well decorated. They have lots of arts around that they said the actual residents did. They have different places to eat, and then they have a snack area. The rooms are perfect. They are bigger, too. They have two-bedroom rooms, and different sizes of one-bedroom rooms. My mom did not need the bigger ones; she just needs a smaller one. They have everything that you would need. The rooms are individually heated and air cooled, which is also very important because my mom likes her room warm. As for activities, residents were gathering for an afternoon movie, they had a bingo game going, and they had some lady inside the salon getting her hair done. The whole place was bustling. There were people everywhere. People were putting together a jigsaw puzzle and somebody was playing dominoes in another room. It was very active.

I was able to see Vitality Living Lake Forest. The residents seemed pretty active, it had a friendly staff and a nice layout of the building. They also had their own medical facility, there's a lot of space for different activities, and a great walking path outside. We saw the residents eating dinner, and we saw the theater room, they had a nice wall that honored veterans right there in the front and I thought that was nice. The place was a little bit older and worn compared to the other facility we toured, and the carpet was not quite as clean. Then inside the residents' rooms, the finishes weren't quite as nice. Every day at 4:00 they had a nice social hour, and you don't find that everywhere, whereas in other places it usually only happens once or twice a week.

Vitality Living Lake Forest was nice. The atmosphere was friendly. The person giving the tour was also very nice, warm, friendly, attentive to the needs that we were looking for, and very informative. The units shown to us were very nice and clean. They showed us some that were still under construction and they showed us some that were ready to be rented out. Everything looked nice. The place was very clean and very warm, and everything seemed to be up-to-date. We chose it for mom because of the pricing.

I'm hoping to get my mother into Vitality Living Lake Forest. It's very clean and you feel like you're on a cruise ship. The room had a nice setup and you don't feel like you're in a hospital, it has an apartment and it feels it's homey. The staff who assisted me was very nice. They have a decent amount of staff who've been there since they opened 20 years ago. So it showed me that they care about their employees and they value their people and that they're going to value their residents. I saw people eating, but I didn't get to sample the food. They offer happy hour, dancing, yoga, arts and crafts, and gardening. They take them out to restaurants to eat if they want to go to lunch or dinner. So they have quite a bit of activity including cards and bingo.

Vitality Living Lake Forest was beautiful and very welcoming. The memory care residents seemed well taken care of and looked happy. Wish we could afford to put my mom there. They had a lot of crafts and board games. Even the residents were talking to us and showing us some of the latest crafts that they had done. So, it looked like they had some fun things for the residents. They have church services, too.

Vitality Living Lake Forest was nice, new looking, very clean, very open, and very vibrant. It would have been my first choice. The staff was helpful. I met one of the doctors and the executive director (or somebody fairly big in operations). The rooms were nice and well laid out. They offered a lot of amenities. They had activities and transportation to and from locations. I met a lot of the clients that were there.

We had a pretty thorough tour at Vitality Living Lake Forest. They did a great job in providing all the information up front. Their handouts were really informative. The facility's a little dated, but the atmosphere was really fantastic. I liked the way they had it laid out. Each floor has a different color scheme. It's the same layout, but each floor is color coded with its carpeting and its decoration. This is good for the seniors to know which floor they're on because it's easy for them to get confused. They have tons of activities for any kind of interest. You can be as active as you want to be or as least active as you want to be. I really liked the vibe of that place, which was very freedom-based. They had residents that were driving their own vehicles and came and went as they pleased. Then there were the residents that never left the facility. The other thing that was really impressive with their facility was the fact that their staff has got longevity. They don't have a high staff turnover. The menu was pretty extensive, and they actually had a chef on staff.

I've moved into Vitality Living Lake Forest. I've had several incidents waiting and pushing the call button. One time, I had to wait for 40 minutes and I was on the potty seat. Another time, I waited for 3 hours before I finally pushed it enough times that somebody came. I also have had trouble getting my showers scheduled. I'm supposed to be showered twice a week and Sunday was one of those days. The first Sunday that they missed was due to a computer glitch. I asked one of the aides what was going on and she said, "Well, we're short-staffed. We don't do showers on Sundays' ', so I asked other staff members, and they said they certainly do showers on Sundays. The second Sunday, I didn't get a shower, so from Wednesday until today, Tuesday, I am unshowered. They did come in first thing today and did it. I don't know if it's because I'm just on respite or if it's a problem. I've spoken with the head, the person in charge of nursing, and she said that they have ample staff and that being told that they were short-handed was not a valid excuse. It's getting resolved and today is much better. I'm staying in their assisted living and many other things here are good. There are many very caring staff members. The other residents that I've spoken with here, one has been here for 5 years, the other has been here almost a year, and they all rave about it so I think that's a pretty good testimony for them. The staff, with very few exceptions, have been very, very kind, very caring, and very able at what they're doing. The food will never burn your mouth from the heat of it, but it's tasty and well prepared. It's a little cooler than I care for, but that's a personal taste, I guess. I'm in a studio and it is bare bones. I can't say much about the amenities and the studio. I have rented furniture from them and the furniture is adequate and I'm here. They have bingo, I haven't done that yet. They have a social hour twice a week, I've done those, and those have been a lot of fun. I went for what I thought was going to be crosswords but the residents do not like crosswords. They like word searches, which I do not like so the staff had one crossword and said she would get more for me next time so I'm happy with that. I also like to play bridge and it has been on the calendar, yet it's not played. It seems to me like I'm paying for a lot of extra services that I haven't been getting like bathing and so forth.

My dad has been in Vitality Living Lake Forest for a week now. The price is right, and the care is excellent. Move-in was easy. The staff seems to be very pleasant. My dad loves the food. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The building is very clean. The layout is like a cruise ship. It was designed with a cruise ship in mind. They have patios, a garden, and a front porch area, they're very nice. They have activities seven days a week. They can go on outings, they have games, and they have parties, things like that.

My mom was here before she passed away. The way Nick kept in touch with me and the location being closer to my family members were the reasons why we chose the place. He was very professional and very awesome every time I had a question or needed anything. I didn't have any problems or issues. He would be in touch with us, even if I left a message on his voicemail. He would call me back. Mom's a very picky person for food, and she said she enjoyed the food. When I went in to retrieve her furniture and stuff, they had bingo. They also had a calendar where they would put what activity that they would have for the residents and stuff. They had certain things for them.

It was very nice. The thing that I liked about them is that you can age in this place. If you need to go to assisted and then to a memory care, it's all there in the same facility. I was really impressed with that. I thought the employees seemed to care a great deal about the residents. They are all very friendly and helpful. I thought the setup was very nice too. There was enough room, but not too much room. It was very accommodating. We looked at the menu, and it looked very nice. They had a nice exercise room and a nice movie room. It was also very impressive.

I went and talked to the salesperson. She followed up with emails and calls. I also talked to the director. They were nice people. It is a nice facility. Everybody was very helpful. I was impressed with the facility. They got Memory Care as well as Assisted Living. At that particular time, they did not have any two bedrooms available. They had what they call a one bedroom deluxe, which to me still seemed awfully small for two people. I was a little bit disappointed in the size of the rooms, but I did not see a two bedroom. The people were very nice and professional. There was not high pressure or anything like that. They went over carefully the pricing with me and the care that they provide. If we decided to move my folks down in this area that would be at the top of the list. I just walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and they were quite generous to make time for me because I had not called ahead.

I toured this community and it is at the top of my list for when my mother is ready to move to a memory care facility. It was very clean and smelled good, and the residents looked happy and well-kept. There were activities going on, a musical program, and while the staff were certainly busy they were attentive to the people who lived there. The Sales director told me about the current visitation protocols due to COVID, which I understand because it is important to keep these people safe. I also liked that I could take my mom out to lunch or even just to drive around and spend time with her at any time.

We visited here for my mom. It was good, and the place was very nice. We were there twice but unfortunately, we could not make it work out. But it was a good visit. The staff were phenomenal, very helpful, and pleasant. The facility was very clean and well laid out; it was a nice facility. The location is easy to get to. There was a lot of road construction, but that will go away eventually. They just had a lot going on.

We had looked at the assisted living, and they're very nice. In fact, my mother even liked it because I took her with me. It was very nice, very clean, and had very friendly people. I wouldn't have a problem living there myself. I think the room is for a single person or maybe two. For a couple, it would be great and its a good size. There was a lot of garden area around, so if the person wanted to go outside and sit under a tree. Of course with Covid, I think they've cut back on that. The rooms were plenty big enough, you can decorate it yourself to your liking. There are outside areas and it's enjoyable, it's not like you would be cooped up inside the building all the time. I've tried a cake there and it was very good.

I had a very good visit. They had an enclosed outdoor area for the residents, a cafe patio, and they had more than one dining area, and I was impressed with that. They had a big rec area, they had a little chapel, and the rooms were really nice and spacious. They showed me a 1-bedroom, one was furnished, and one that's not furnished. The staff who gave me the tour was really great.

My mom has been here since August. I would say the food is a good restaurant to a home-cooked meal. The rooms are very nice. Everything is within a reasonable distance. She does the exercise, the bingo, the cards, and trips out to lunch. The outdoor grounds are very nice. It has more of a nice hotel feel than a typical assisted living place.

It was very nice. The only difference was it was a little far for me to drive to go see my loved one. The place was very open and decorated very nicely. The dining room was restaurant-style. They had buses that come and go for different activities, plus they had bingo, arts and crafts, and exercises.

My parents are doing well here. I really like it. The staff is very good. They are always informing us when something is going on, if we need to take care of something, or if they need more medicine. They are always good, and they like my them too. They are in the memory care unit, and they have a small dining room. The place is very clean, and there is no bad smell.

We were very impressed, they had a movie room, a private dining room, and a library.

I have visited and I am very familiar with this facility. Actually, I have a relative that lives there. I have nothing but good things to say about it. They are extremely caring and accommodating. They are aware of the rest of the family, and they are always very friendly and welcoming to us. She is in the Alzheimer's portion of the facility, and she has a very nice accommodation. She also likes the food. The dining room has a nice size, and it is very clean. They have an activities room and a TV room. They also bring in entertainment for the residents. She likes to walk a lot, and they have a nice courtyard.

My parents were in assisted living, and we were fairly happy with this facility. It was clean, and the food was good. When my parents left and I had to go back and enter their apartment, so many people stopped by, asked personally about them, and cared about them. So they really were very personally engaged in the care. We had a problem with the geriatrician who was in contact there. We were not impressed with her. I think she really put our parents' health at risk, but we ultimately had to move them out of there into a rehab facility. The activities were good, although my parents didn't get involved in those because of health issues. The sanitation was not perfect, but it was good. There were occasions when we didn't get housekeeping services for their room, and we had to request it, but it was taken care of.

My parents were here. The facility is wonderful and I am very, very pleased. The staff are very loving, caring, and dedicated. Their rooms were very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We ate in their dining area and it was fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I have come across. They have a movie room and they do outings, poker, bingo; they do all kinds of different things. My dad is in their independent living, and my mom is in their memory care. I think she is having some difficulty with the food; it's every three or four hours and it is too soon. They are getting her up too early and giving the food too soon.

I searched for several months to find a place that was right for my father in law and met my high standards. This is the ONLY ALF in the Seminole county area that met my requirements. The food is amazing and they have nice furnishings and tablecloths! My father was eating lobster and shrimp when I arrived one day and they remember his breakfast choices and bring him "the usual" when family dine with him. They have live bands and events and lots of activities and field trips. The nursing staff is very good and housekeeping responds quickly when needed. Several of his friends upon visiting him have commented that they would like to live here when they need an ALF. There is a library and two computers / printers to use free of charge. It's like a resort but with a lot of walkers!

We have our step-father here, and everything exceeds my expectations. The staff amd caregivers who work there really seem to care, and I give them the highest praise. They have many activities. I wish they had greater proximity because they are half an hour or more away.

I visited this facility when I was looking for Respite Care for my Dad while we were away. It is a beautiful place and quite large. The staff member who gave me the tour was most welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished for those seeking a temporary stay. The activity rooms were large and lovely. Residents have a wide variety of lovely places to gather both inside and out.

My mom stayed here for a year and a half. The place is very nice. The care was good for her at that time because she was not very well, but she got to a point where she was more alert than the other people. She didn't like the food though.
