The owner of this facility is a Registered Nurse. My very first impression of this facility was the cleanliness and absolutely no odor. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable towards their duties. There is a Doctor that comes in once per month to check all the patients and prescribes medication if the need be. There is also a Podiatrist that comes in once per month. I would highly recommend this facility.

I brought my sister from Puerto Rico shortly after hurricane Maria and noticed she was diagnosed with alzheimers and dimemntia. After calling around for six months to have her placed somewhere they could take better care than I could, there was a knock at my door. A nice young lady stood in my doorway and explained that she was in charge of Tender touch as she handed me her card. I went on a tour and was impressed. God sent me an angel named Barbara S. and she has been wonderful. My sister is happy there!

Tender Touch Home Care Inc is where I'm living now. It's very nice and laid back, but efficient. The meals are good and the people who work here are very nice. However, I don't have anyone to talk to really other than the nurses. My room is very clean and I have fresh towels all the time. It's big and it has a shower. There aren't a lot of activities right now. I'm sure they'll have more when there's more people here. Two other people are moving in soon. The dining area is nice and has a nice table. Everything's clean. They sweep and mop the floors a couple of times a day. They wash the linens and towels. Every time we have a dirty towel or washcloth, they have a clean one available. Each person has a TV in their room. I'm sitting in my room and I'm watching television. The facility is very clean and very efficient. The staff is very nice. I have my own room and they always knock before they come in.

My mother was staying at this so called top notch residents. It was a horrible experience caretakers were not experienced, rude, and unprofessional. Never allow someone you care about to stay at this assisted living facility especially if you value their life.

I recently relocated to South FL. And soon after started looking for a assisted living for my dad. I was referred to Tender Touch Health Care, by a well known Physician in the South Fl area. I must say that after visiting several other facilitys this establishment was most impressive! Its by far my first choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking care for a love one!
