I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Harblin is very good, awesome, and beautiful. It's actually a home in a community. The staff is very nice. They sit around the living area to watch TV, but my dad mostly receives care since his memory was really bad. The food is OK. He moved in mid-April right after his surgery.
