My mother has been at Grace Manor Suites for a couple of months now. They're a pretty nice, family-oriented place. It's a good community. My mom's pretty picky with food, so she's always complaining about it, but I've tried their food and I thought it was very good. She can't eat ham or pork and that's a lot of their menu (ham, pork, and chicken). She's tired of eating chicken, she says. Other than that, she loves the place. On the third floor, they've got pool tables. On the second floor, they got a nice movie room. They use the first floor for games and bingo and stuff like that. I enjoyed the meal, and my brother ate there, and he thought it was good. The staff is top-notch. They're one of the cheaper prices and the service is good. I loved the place when I went there and it's convenient. It's on my way to work, so I could stop in on the way and stop in on the way home.

We are residents of Grace Manor Suites and it's not what they make it out to be. The food they serve is not the greatest. They buy cheap food. I have to buy my own. I cannot have milk and can only take lactose free milk, but they won't buy that. I am diabetic and I have to have diabetic food, but they won't provide that either. Other than that, we don't have a problem. They keep it clean and everything. I blame myself because I didn't do enough research of what assisted living places were like. When I came in here, and I'm sorry to say this, they lied to me, and told me they would do this and do that. And then I find out that they wouldn't. The food is terrible. The bus service that is taking me to the doctor is excellent. Every time I have an appointment at the clinic, the bus is there to take me and bring me back. That is excellent. Most of the staff are helpful. They have activities but we can't go to them. We have ten cases of COVID here and so we don't mingle with anybody. I have a PEG line and I'm not allowed to go mingle with anybody, especially people who are sick. So, my husband and I have to stay in a room, and we have all the meals in the room. For what I pay them a month, the service should be a lot better.

We went to see the assisted living at Grace Manor Suites, but the doctor decided that my mother-in-law might need memory care, and they didn't have that. It was very nice though, and very well-kept. It's also a Christian family that owns the place we ended up with. The staff was great. The building was very well-maintained and up to date. They had lots of different activities, and they had outside areas for people to go. They also have multiple TV rooms, game rooms, and a library. The dining area was very nice and they have multiple choices for their food, so it's a very nice place.

My grandmother was a resident of Grace Manor. The location and staff were good, and she was very well taken care of. She had a small bedroom with a small kitchenette. They had a game room, crafts room, and exercise and went on outings.

Our experience at Grace Manor Suites was very good. The rooms were a little small. Other than that, it was very nice. Their dining area was nice, and they had more up-to-date food that people are eating nowadays. The staff was very good and very informed. The activities were alright. There wasn’t much for the men to do. It seemed like it catered more to the women, and there weren’t that many men in there. The location is very convenient.

they don't give much help with personal grooming. they do not do things like remind them to brush their teeth or comb their hair. residents need to be self sufficient or they will be lacking. employees do not have time to assist because the staffing ratio is inadequate. they make residents do alot of activities so they can post pictures on facebook. and one other thing - the food they serve is very starchy and not veryhealthy.

For me Grace Manor Suites was too big. The facility was too big, and the rooms were too small. My father is 93, and he would have gotten lost in there. It was just overwhelming, but the facility is very clean, but they are more expensive.

Everything is really nice and clean at Grace Manor Suites. It is a pretty place. They have everything. According to my dad, the food could be a little better.

My mother-in-law is in Grace Manor Suites, and she loves it. It is privately owned, and the people who own it take a lot of pride in it. I am very impressed by how everything is run. They don't smell because they empty all the garbage cans in every room twice every day. When they found out that my mother-in-law is diabetic, they gave her sugar-free ice cream, and they accommodate her diet because they have other people who are diabetic also. They do a lot of outings, and they do things that don't cost anything, like they go to the park and walk to the garden. They have all kinds of activities for them every day. They have a lot of entertainment coming in. As old people's hands tend to shake, they have do crafts with them that helps them control that, like jewelry type crafts: they take string and wrap it around a ball, and it also slows down the process of dementia. They do current events every Saturday at 11 o'clock, and they always have reminiscing. They also play jenga a lot, and it makes them concentrate on being able to pull the blocks out but prevent them from crashing.

Grace Manor is a privately-owned facility. The place is very bright and homey. The staff were lovely and cheerful. They were very, very helpful and tolerant with their patients.
