The cnas really don't want to do there job and help the patient, they like to leave them sitting I pee and poop for there entire shift =9hours. The nurses are no better

This facility has taken great care of mom! I am so pleased that I made the decision to send her here. I am so grateful for the love and care she receives.

I definitely would not recommend San Jose Health and Rehabilitation. My sister was there for 2 weeks after being in the hospital for 3 months. They did not provide her medicine on time, never responded to the call button and rarely answered the phone. I contacted them yesterday because my sister had been sick for days. I had to beg them to send her to the hospital where she had emergency surgery. I wouldn't have given it one star if I could have reviewed without.

The staff at Beauclerc Manor was very nice and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, so that is very good. The facility was very clean, and it was small. It has a nice little area outside where the residents can sit and read. My dad doesn't like a lot of crowds, so he would fit in well there. They do a lot of activities, and so I would recommend this facility.
