My mother moved into Savannah Court of Brandon. They have the ECC license that my mom needs. They have nurses on staff all the time and they have a physician that they've contracted with that comes in and checks on the residents. Everyone helps each other out. The guy in sales and marketing saw an elderly man that needed help. He didn't pass him by. He stopped and made sure he was OK. He didn't call a nurse or the CNAs to handle it, he just did it. They do bingo and balloon tennis. I saw a lot of board games and a lot of cards. They have a musician come in and sing songs with them. The lady had a keyboard set up and the residents were all sitting around. They also have a library, which I like.

We went to Savannah Court of Brandon. The room was very spacious, and that's one thing I like. The director was a pleasant person to talk to. The only thing I have the discrepancy on is, they have a little area TV room where they're watching TV, but the residents were either sleeping or non-responsive. They never even noticed us walking in there. The dining room seemed small, and I didn't see any activities going on. But I know they were doing some remodeling, and they were going to start a painting project. The staff who gave the tour was very professional. They just need some updating on the facilities.

I visited Savannah Court of Brandon's assisted living and the woman who gave me the tour wasn't very knowledgeable or just wasn't very good. She just kind of went, "Oh here it is" and that's about it. The place seemed okay but they didn't give me a good tour of it. The room I saw was alright, it was adequate, but I didn't see the amenities that I was looking for. I think they also have a patio and it looked alright. You wouldn't even know what the place was. I passed the building twice before I saw what's inside and it doesn't have good signage. It looked like a strip mall or an office. You don't really notice it.

We toured Savannah Court of Brandon. Everything was nice. It's a little bit older but it was in very good condition. The rooms were nice. They had a hair salon for women. They had physical therapists that came in there too. We didn't eat there. It's a nice facility, and the people were very nice.

Savannah Court of Brandon was very nice, but it was a lot farther. It was an older building, but it was clean. The rooms were nice. They were older, but they were very clean. They seemed smaller to my friend than the one she was getting at the other place. When she got there, she said, 'That's very small for me' because she's in a large home. For activities, they were doing chair exercises. They had an outdoor space, and it was contained. Once you're out there, you can get in several doors, but you can't get to the other side of the building. They had a library, the living room was nice, and they had a nice little dining area. There was a big dining table, and the staff said some people would have company and eat there.

I toured Savannah Court of Brandon and I loved the lady that I interviewed with. She was so personable and empathetic. When she toured me through the location, the rooms were clean and nice. She was awesome. The building is made in the form of a square and the courtyard is in the middle.

I was not as impressed with Savannah Court of Brandon as I was with the other assisted living facility I toured, as far as the upkeep of the building and the facility, and the staff and the presentation. I didn't get the opportunity to taste any food or meet any other staff. I briefly toured the facility and the rooms, and it was average. The rooms that we toured looked like they could use some repair and just a little bit of housekeeping so it's not as impressive. The dining area is just as you walk in and out in the open. I didn't get to see too much of it other than just the people sitting there. We sat in a meeting area with a representative to talk to us about the facility. Then they took us on a tour where we went through and saw the outdoor patio and the activities area. The rooms we saw were not as pristine as the ones that are out there in the other facilities. There were some things that I noticed, that are not painted as neatly too. They had carpeting instead of what looked like wood flooring. For me, it was average with just simple things outside when you walk in like the flowers and the potted plants that were all dead. It could probably use some spider web cleaning too. I know they had activities going on. They had a little activities room and people were gathering, I think, to play bingo. I'm not quite sure of any other amenities really, other than an outdoor patio. The staff wasn't as well presented, as far as their appearance, and the building wasn't as clean and organized. I think little things that could give some improvements were being neglected.

We have a very positive experience with Savannah Court of Brandon since day one. It's a clean place. The staff is very caring. They know who my mother is, call her by name, and make sure that she met with some of the other residents. Every day when I pick her up, she seems happier. What I like the most is the care of the staff, and that it's very easy to move around or navigate. They also have a beautiful garden.

I toured Savannah Court of Brandon back when I was looking for a place for my mother, but they wanted $4000-$5000 a month. I liked it very much, and they were very nice to me. They had beautiful rooms, and they had good food. It had beautiful sunshine and a garden court. It was beautiful, I loved it, it was just too pricey. I wasn't able to try the food, but I smelled it when everybody else was eating, and it smelled good. It was very well kept and clean inside and outside. It was immaculate and spotless.

My friend was in Savannah Court of Brandon. It is the nicest place out of every other place I've been to. Everything was clean and nothing smelled, that's why I was very pleased with it. The room was so nice and even had a bird feeder hanging outside. The residents have their own chair (kind of like a lazyboy) and their own refrigerator. They were playing music and games. Everybody was friendly. I didn't deal with the staff too much though.

I visited Savannah Court for my mother. It was a very nice place. However, I felt that the rooms were very small in comparison to some of the other properties I looked at. They were small for the price. It was a very pricey facility. The staff seemed professional, and the place seemed clean. The main living area where the residents would sit and visit was nice and big, but there was not enough furniture to accommodate all the residents. However, I find that to be true for a lot of the facilities.

My mom is in Savannah Court. It is a good safe place and we highly rate it. The people there seem to be very competent and nice to deal with. My mother has senile dementia. She doesn't remember and she's a risk to leave the facility. We will have a real problem if she gets outside. The area is only a mile away from their old house and she is familiar enough that she may decide to walk home. Many of the facilities have a wing that's devoted to people that have that problem. All the doors that the residents can access lead into a central courtyard, which is very nice. It is like a little garden with ceiling and umbrella. So she can go outside and not restricted indoors 24 hours a day. She can go outside, but she cannot go out of the facility. That really is the deciding factor. It is in a typical neighborhood and in a suburban street, but they have the safeguard employees so that mom is not going to be wandering out there. However, during the week that we are down there, I noticed that in the evening it is hard for them to get out to go home because the staff obviously is greatly reduced and more difficult to find. Mom likes everything. Savannah Court is kept up-to-date and clean.

My mother has been living at Savannah Court of Brandon for over a year and I am amazed at how well and quickly she acclimated to her new environment. The entire staff is very caring and attuned to the residents needs. I visit often and everyone appears happy and content to be there. The food is good! I am kept informed about my mother's status and my questions are always answered. I feel I made the right decision in choosing Savannah Court as a residence for my mother.

Savannah Court was nice and clean and it has a nice location. The grounds were well maintained and they had nice little sitting areas in the back for family. They were very friendly but they didn't have immediate vacancy.

My Mom was in Savannah Court for almost two years. She was very well taken care of and the staff was excellent! The place is very clean and the director and staff truly care about the residents. I would recommend Savannah Court of Brandon to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility!
