I toured Livingston Place at Southern Ave and I like that on each floor, they had different types of rooms for the residents to have something to do. For instance, the fifth floor had a pool room. The fourth floor has a lounge area, like a little kitchenette-type thing where they can sit and eat if they don't want to sit in their apartment. Then they have an activities room on another floor. I like that they have activities throughout the week for the residents to participate in if they want to. They do three meals a day and you can get them tailored to your diet. The unit is decent for one person. There are two styles of it, but they are an open floor plan. So, you come in and it's all wheelchair accessible. You can move around and stuff like that. You can bring your own furniture if that's what you want to do. They have a studio style and then they also have a style where you have your bedroom separate from the living areas.
