This facility is very difficult to find"”not only for visitors, but even emergency vehicles have a hard time finding it. It's a fairly new senior living building, four stories high"”in good condition, maintained nicely and very clean. It has a good feeling when you walk in: nicely decorated, with good colors and a nice smell. It feels intimate, not overwhelmingly big. It's also secured and managed very nicely"”and that's surprising to some, since it's in a fairly depressed area of DC. The living quarters are a very nice size"”with a kitchen, bedroom, and living area. Residents don't need to be church members to live here, but are on their own for obtaining care and providing activities. There is a social area, but residents don't use them much; most residents seem to keep to themselves and are fairly independent.
