My mother is staying at Balfour Lavender Farms for two and a half years now. They have a very well-equipped cafeteria area or dining hall. They have a movie theater and a beauty salon upstairs. They have a craft room. They have a very big hall with television and couches. They have another large sitting room. They have an exercise facility. They have an outdoor area where people can just go and sit around if you want outside, like a courtyard in front of the building. They have a kitchen area that's separate from people's rooms or apartments where they can go. They have cooking classes and different activities like that. They have a piano. Lavender Farms is assisted living only. I have no problems with the staff at all. It's a new building.They have bingo. She does that, and she likes it. She enjoys it. They play cards and have various get-togethers. My mom does not participate. She only plays bingo and watches television.

Lavender Farms offers seniors three levels of progressive assisted living services based on an initial clinical assessment of their needs. Staff members can assist with medication management, blood pressure checks, incontinence care and oxygen management, and they can help residents with personal care and grooming tasks. Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are available, all with private baths and emergency response systems, and with weekly housekeeping and linen services included.
This pet-friendly facility offers concierge service for residents and more than 200 life enrichment programs every month, including fitness and cooking classes, musical performances and book clubs. Lavender Farms also features shared spaces, including a fitness center and library, that provide opportunities for seniors to socialize and form friendships. Residents receive three restaurant-style meals each day, and transportation services are available for appointments, errands and group outings.
