I liked the convenience of Gracious Living North's location and the staff ratio. They have patios, a pool, and the staff was professional yet casual. They were doing construction, so we are moving my mother-in-law for another two weeks from now because they were upgrading some things knowing that she's coming in, and that included a complete remodel of her bedroom. It was quite nice and their residents looked very comfortable. They did some interviews with my mother-in-law and wanted to know where her quality of life was so that they could see if they could improve on some things from where she is now. So, it was nice to know that.

Gracious Living is great. They're very personal there and take good care of my dad. He's always clean, always clean-shaven and wearing clean clothes and well-cared for. The ratio of caregivers to tenants is very low so they give him good care. I have nothing bad to say about them, his only complaint is that the food is very bland, and that's because they cook for everybody there together and there are no spices. It's just that my dad is used to his food having a little bit of bite to it, that's just their style there.
