My husband was in Imperial Care Center. It's immaculate and it's very clean. The decor and the staff were very nice. He was sharing a room. The rooms were kind of small, but they're clean and very well kept. Excellent service. The second day of his stay he had an accident. He fell and he's still in the hospital. He had stitches in his head. We haven't really got to do a tour and stuff like that, but we did get to the rooms and the front desk and met a couple of the nurses. Everybody was very attentive.

Imperial Care was really good. The place was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very attentive to my dad. He is always clean and neat and he seem to have two people with him at all times. They took additional steps to make sure my dad was comfortable. The people were very gracious and welcoming. The lady who owns it, Irene, was very thoughtful, caring, and diligent. I think they had my dad's best interest at heart and she provided good service workers to manage him. I know at one point there's one person that seem to be questionable and she let the person go, which I thought was the appropriate thing to do. So she seemed to be very much on top of what she does there. But my dad had Alzheimer's. He was becoming very difficult to manage and refused to cooperate. They couldn't handle him anymore, so we had to look for another place and transferred him to a memory care facility. He died a few days later.

They treat my father great and he has adapted really well. I was afraid at first but the staff is friendly and helpful. We were blessed to have been recommended to this facility. Thanks!
