"The person that's coming from BrightStar Care is very good. We've had no problem in communicating with the agency, and we're always able to call in and speak to someone if we have to. We have a caregiver that comes out four times a week. She takes walks with my wife, she exercises with her, she provides meals, and helps out around the house. Those are the basic services that she provides for us. They're a very good agency, but the drawback is that they're very expensive just like all the other agencies."

"Someone from American Home Health comes in here every week for my physical therapy. They also took care of my husband when he had cancer 3 years ago and they did a fabulous job, they were here every day with him. With me, they are fine. A physical therapist guy comes here 3 times a week. I think it should be a little bit longer session. I'm gonna ask about that when he comes this coming week. I had a back surgery. I'm able to walk and I don't even have to walk with the walkers anymore, I just stay with the walkers when I come down the stairs. Same therapist comes and stays. He's not a caregiver cause he's just a therapist. He's coming in here and does stretching exercises, takes me on a walk and he's not doing any wound control or anything like that. I just started with them for myself. If I was to look at my husband's, which wouldn't be really fair because that's 3 years ago, I'm gonna give them a 5. They had my husband for several months and they did an incredible job on him. As far as the care I'm having, I'd say probably a 3, today's procedure did not happen 3 years ago."

"Westside Home Health was referred to us by Montebello Care Center because this is the one they used. I think they're pretty good. They've been very responsive when I asked them questions. We used them pretty much from the beginning before Pass Over. They sent out a nurse that takes my mom's blood pressure in the morning once a week and sent out the person who helped with my mom's exercises. He was very motivational to her.
