The doctor my husband is a patient of recommended this place. They made the arrangements. The Physical therapist, Amanda who comes to our home is outstanding. She is where it begins and ends. The staff in the office is one of the most inefficient offices I have ever dealth with. Amanda takes care of writing reports for my husband to continue treatment so she is excellent. My husband also requires a nurse once per week. When he shows up which is most of the time he is fine. Sometimes he doesn't show up because the office doesn't put my husband on his calendar. Why? Because after every so many visits, they have to send a different nurse to do an evaluation. When the nurse who comes weekly tells us he will see us next week with a time and doesn't show up, we are held up waiting. Nobody bothers to notify us that we have to wait for another nurse to call us. Very very inefficient staff. If my husband didn't "love" Amanda we would go elsewhere. I would not recommend this company based on office staff. The nurse does his job well when he shows up, sometimes he just forgets to visit, Amanda is outstanding.

Westside Home Health was referred to us by Montebello Care Center because this is the one they used. I think they're pretty good. They've been very responsive when I asked them questions. We used them pretty much from the beginning before Pass Over. They sent out a nurse that takes my mom's blood pressure in the morning once a week and sent out the person who helped with my mom's exercises. He was very motivational to her. They also provided me the man who discovered my mom had a stroke. They tried their best to provide better service. They did a good job.
