Our nurse Edith and physiotherapist Thomas were amazing. Edith made my father feel comfortable in carrying out her duties and showed that she cared about her patients. Thomas was really able to help my father progress in physical therapy. He went out of his way to help himself improve. Highly recommend Empower Home Health Care, Thank you for all your Love and Care.

My in father-in-law needed care in their home in Hollywood. We reached out to Empower and the owner is so patient and understanding and the caregivers are so wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this agency.

OUTSTANDING! We currently use Empower Home Health Care; I cannot stress how wonderful they are! Every caregiver that has worked with my dad has been GREAT! If I have a question, I call the office and they are so helpful! Empower Home Health Care really cares about my father and his needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for a parent looking for an alternative to going to an assisted living facility. They have made a great impact with my father! Thank you so much!

Incredibly helpful, lovely, caring people, both on the phone and in person. We had an emergency, and Jeremy and Staff were so comforting to talk to. They arranged for a wonderful aide to work with us, and he took care of my mom for a few weeks. She was such a kind, caring, and smart person, and Jeremy worked closely with us, to make sure that the schedule worked out in the best way possible. Absolutely wonderful group of people, they really care about what they do.

Empower Home Health took care of my father after his recovery from surgery, and we were so happy with the way he was treated. they were always punctual and made sure he took all his medication. they always informed me of any changes in behavior or changes in appetite. They let me know when his physical therapist arrived and left. My father was always clean and happy. The owners were very responsive to our many questions and worked with us to make sure he received the best possible care. Entire team was helpful during this difficult time, and I am so grateful to them. I highly recommend them!

During my visit to my doctor, I asked my doctor if he could have prescribed medication for my lower back pains, which were ongoing and consisted. My doctor recommended that I could benefit from physical therapy, I agreed as medication is always option # 2 for me. My doctor referred me to a local home health care agency who provided care for my situation. There are no words in my vocabulary to adequately express how satisfied I was with the services provided by Empower Home Health Care. The management staff listened carefully and followed doctors’ orders as prescribed. They sent an angel who was always on time, efficiently and professionally performed her duties. Without hesitation Empower HHC gets my highest recommendation.

We want to thank Jeremy and his team at Empower Home Health for the wonderful support and assistance with the care of my sister as she was in her painful days. Nurse Irine, our caregiver, was an angel. She was so kind, organized, always going the extra step. Going above and beyond to insure my sister was well cared so I could rest assured she was in good hands. Overall experience made our home visits peaceful and we felt safe in their hands. I used this Agency when my mother was discharged from the hospital back in May and now in July. I won't use anybody else when it comes to my mother's care. They have great nurses, great therapists and great courteous staff. And they show interest in patients as human beings, not business. This is one of the few ones that you can trust. I recommend them always.
