I am very happy with this service. Whenever i am in pain, swollen legs or have high blood pressure the nurse comes right away. I am not able to walk well because of medical condition and the physical therapy helps a lot. They even sent a social worker to apply for transportation, sources for housing authority and emotional support. Thank you for being there for me.
